D.I can't believe it took me soooo long to work out how to shift house the SMART way! Hire a truck, with a ramp, get yourself a trolley, and it is done in half the time, with half the effort!

Bev, at Tauranga Handy Rentals, is a really friendly person and goes over and above to ensure you are aware of the rental requirements, national breakdown service and insurance cover. Thank you Bev for your supportive advice and service especially when I am told that moving house is in the top three of stressful life situations (1. Getting married, 2. Having children, 3. Moving house).

The vehicle supplied was excellent and carried everything I need to from clothes to the double bed.
What I cant get over is the value for money they offered.
A local removal company was $674 and could not guarantee to have my property moved from Matetu to Gisborne when I needed it.
A small van hire chap was $1650 but could do it on the day I needed.
I hunted around further, found Handy Rentals, made the booking AND FOR ONLY $364 for a two day hire, I drove my gear through to Gisborne, returned the van the following day and JOB DONE!!!!!
Thank you Handy rentals. I would recommend you to anyone and certainly look to use you again.
