Wow. Was super impressed by everything. The car was excellent, and the staff could not do enough for us. Their customer service was exemplary, and nothing was a problem. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in renting a car, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you so much! We've used them again in January 202, very fast and friendly communication, a no hassles pick up and drop off for the car and the car went really well. Would highly recommend.

Decided to rent a car the last minute and R Lits booked my request in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service, staff are very professional and polite, online booking is superb plus no hidden costs! We took the first ferry trip to Waiheke and a beautiful new red car is already there waiting for us. It's pretty efficient and reliable. It made our first trip to Waiheke very memorable. Would definitely recommend R Lits to my friends. Special thanks to Nigel and Brooke, you guys are awesome!

Amazing people, Super easy, Great brand new cars with apple play. I took my family with two kids and a new born and we fit two car seats that we hired off R-lits and they helped us fit them as well. Will definitely use again. The one star below must be a competitor ;)

Spent a weekend in Waiheke, and didn't even think to hire a car until we got over there to our Air Bnb. We booked very last minute, but Fleur and the team went above and beyond for us! They even dropped the car off at our Air Bnb for us within 30minutes of us booking it. The girls were super friendly and had such good chat! So impressed, 5 stars! :)
