Wheels on Waiheke were awesome to deal with, Melissa was so lovely and helpful. We a hired a car for 5 days and it was literally the most relaxed and easy going car hire I have ever experienced. Would recommend for anyone who needs a car for more than two days on a bit of a budget. Our car was great, comfy and reliable. Would def use again!

Book with this business!! Exceptional service. Quick at responding, went above and beyond expectations meeting us at Ferry before official opening hours. We rent an oldie for a 24 hours. The car was in good condition. Melissa replied to our questions promptly and explained everything in details. She met us in the ferry pier and was really friendly and no fuss. We are happy with the service and would recommend.

Out of all the car hires on the island, this one had the best prices and the easiest T&C's. Insurance was included as long as you don't over do it. They drop the car off for you at your ferry just at the right time, and you can leave it back where you got it by just paying the $3 parking meter fee. If the car you wanted happens to sell out after you booked it, they should give you a better option like we got a 4x4 instead of a little hatchback for same price.

We hired an 'oldie but a goodie' from wheels on Waiheke for $69 a day (insurance included). The car is what it is, but that's all we needed. Wayne and Melissa are honest, down to earth people who give a great service. Called half an hour before we hopped on the ferry and Wayne was there waiting for us with the car. Thanks again.

Easy communication, and vehicle as described for easy collection so couldn’t be happier especially on a wet night. Was the best decision to hire a car as the weather wasn’t great & another choice of vehicle would have been a disaster. Thank you very much. We will be back

This is definitely the best place on Waiheke to hire rental cars - the prices are very reasonable and the cars maybe old but are perfect for the island roads! Melissa was great and delivered our car to our bach in Oneroa. Thanks Melissa for all your help. Georgie and Tim (UK)

Wayne gave an amazing service. Excellent communication, friendly and was there when he said he would be. Provided a booster seat at no extra cost and at $59 a day it's defiantly the cheapest on the island. He had the laid back, honest approach of a kiwi. Highly recommend
