T.We had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent a Car. Our flight was delayed by half an hour, which meant we would get in at 6.30pm, it was the last flight in from Gisborne and Enterprise closed at 6pm. Dan waited half an hour for us to get there, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The cost of the hire was also very reasonable and the car we had was nice.
I would definately use Enterprise again, highly reccomend!
M.Great service at the desk, and really quick pickup. The vehicle we recieved was at least one step up from what we booked, in good condition, and spotlessly clean inside and out. Vehicles are parked under cover and close to the terminal. Definitley will be using Enterprise again.
W.Liked the price quoted for three days. To save time I prefilled all the online paperwork. Ahbi very polite and helpful, faster service if written stuff out of the way. He made sure I understood everything before walking away including instructions on how to find the rental. Instead of expected four seater, I drove away in an Outlander 7 seater. A lovely unexpected surprise. Nice car to drive and comfy, plus able to link my phone to car for music and easy access to calls. Treated with the same respect on returning key. Just received invoice, paid exact amount, no extra costs. Thanks Abhi, I'll definitely use Enterprise again and mention you guys to my family members who often travel to the North Island on business or whanau related trips.

K.Everything worked as it should, although I would have thought the pick up would be much quicker as I had checked in online before we got there, but we still had to go through the normal procedure at desk to pickup the car. So not sure the point is of checking in online. Fortunately no queues.
P.No fuss, great price, nice rental vehicles, my second time here and i will definately be back :)

Picked up Vehicle , on line said 7 seater , drove off happy as , got to hotel to pickup family discovered no back seats only 5 seater .
Quickly returned to Airport to report the dilemma, the female attendant there gets my four stars for quick friendly service , sorted it out and off we went happy and satisfied.

T.Outstanding service - I left my license at the enterprise rental desk when I rented a car (my mistake I was in a hurry to catch my flight) . The Guy at the rental service desk then made special effort to take my license over to the airlines, he found which airline I was flying with, then gave them my license and asked them to return it to me on the plane which they did. This was service far above and beyond my expectation and it was really appreciated. Getting my license back from long distance would have been a lengthy and hard process I’m sure.
The car was brilliant as well. only one week old and great value. I can’t recommend these guys more.
t.I got an unexpected upgrade. The car is very slick but sometimes the indicators are faulty. The staff are very informative. The location is convenient at Wellington airport.
