A great place to start your ferry trip. Staff were fast and efficient. Will definitely go back there

Great experience here. We had to pick up our car after having dropped off the previous one in Picton, and we get upgraded because of an booking error with our first car. It's probably professionnal to offer this upgraded, but still very appreciated. The staff in Wellington (as in Picton) was perfect.

(Translated) We took the ferry at 2.45 pm and had booked the plus longe (actually only additional luggage, plus longe was included) first class, you could choose the seats (armchairs very comfortable), there were only snacks after about 1 hour warm food was then offered, there was plenty, as well as tea, coffee, beer, wine, coke, as much as you wanted. I can only recommend the Plus Longe. No entry under 18 years ...... The weather was very good, so no swell. Very relaxed crossing. (Original) Wir sind mit der Fähre um 2.45 pm gefahren und hatten die plus longe gebucht ( eigentlich nur zusätzliches Gepäck , plus Longe war inclusive ) erstklassig, man konnte sich die Sitzplätze aussuchen ( Sessel sehr bequeme ) , es gab erst Snacks, nach ca. 1 Stunde wurde dann warmes Essen angeboten , es gab reichlich , sowie Tee , Kaffee, Bier , Wein , Cola , so viel man wollte . Ich kann die Plus Longe nur empfehlen. Kein Zutritt unter 18 Jahren ...... Das Wetter war sehr gut , deshalb auch kein Seegang. Sehr entspannte Überfahrt.
