Competitive rates and easy to book, with online forms that make car pick up faster. Best of all, their covid-19 level 3/4 free cancellation policy made it easy to cancel at this time. Will definitely book with them when I get to do my trip, nice to have the reassurance I won't lose my money if there's another lockdown. Thanks!

Picked us up from the airport, friendly, helpful, patient despite our flight delay, affordable. The car was clean and ran well. We dropped the car off after hours at the airport and it couldn't have been easier. Really recommend, will probably use again when we are next in Wellington.

We got a very reasonably priced car from Pegasus Wellington. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and quick, and the Rental yard is not far at all from the airport (which was good as we were running a touch late for our flight home). The team were very helpful in the lead up to our rental, assuring us that the car would have ISOfix clips for our carseats as well as Anchor Points. Would definitely rent from them again

Really great rental service, price was definitely competitive for the same vehicle compared with another company. The car was awesome, clean and ran really well with absolutely no issues. Would definitely look at Pegasus first for my next rental.

The whole experience was great. Easy to use web site, with good follow up The car was exactly what we ordered and was just a great fit for the two of us and thew travelling we did. Staff were most helpful and made it a seamless experience from start to finish

Gee has been absolutely tremendous, Oct 20 - Dec 20 in always being accommodating with the fluctuation of our work schedules. Price reasonable for an 8 seater van. Prompt pickup. 5-10 min drive from airport to pick up your rental vehicle. One occasion, we had an early am flight. The vehicle was at the airport so we were able to jump in and drive to the building site. The option to leave vehicle at the airport is indeed a bonus due to the amount of our tool luggage. Through rapport, trust was gained. Gee, felt comfortable, knowing that we would make payment over the phone, if we were not able to see him in person. We could have done with a Gee at Jetstar as service in a particular area needed some thought. We are due back one more time, talk soon, Gee. Well done mate, especially with having limited staff.

Friendly; Value for money. I had 1 concern as the front right hub cap which was Toyata ( The other 3 were "Nissan" as the car was a Nissan TIIDIA. The hub cap stated to fall apart and I wasn't hitting curbs. This was a concern but at the end of the trip Pegasus never asked for payment. So if i hadn't been concerned about it I defiantly would have given 5 Stars. I will use Pegasus again without hesitation.

Above and beyond for service when my flight was delayed to an after hours arrival. Great car, great value, pleasant friendly staff. I am a repeat customer here.

Met with sarcastic comment about not having contact tracing app on my phone. Other than service fulfilled my needs.

Straightforward very economical system.. they fetch you from the airport, car is ready, off you go. Friendly return, inspection, all good, and a ride back to the airport. We will always go to Pegasus first.

Booked a car last minute for 2 days. Very competitive rates. About half the cost per day compared to other rental companies in the area. Pick up and drop off was easy. A little surprised my ID wasn't reviewed and neither was the condition of the car before or after pick up and drop off. Either way, I got what I paid for and the car provided was sufficient and got me where I needed to go. Would consider renting from Pegasus again but maybe only for short trips. The car I drove had high miles and made a few funny noises indicitave of an older vehicle.

Nice and close to Wgtn airport, with quick pick-up from the airport. We hired a little car (a demio with a surprisingly large amount of boot space) and it was perfect for what we needed at a great rate.

Great price, excellent service they made it easy and the vehicle was clean and good condition. Highly recommend.
