Love getting my cars treated at this place, high quality job at a reasonable price and delivered in a well timeframe. Special requests and arrangements can be made when requesting a full on detailing job, cleans the car again when returning (2nd day) to do final touches such as polishing and adding protective layer. FYI for you all I’ve never had my Ford engine cleaned AT ALL ever since I got it BRAND NEW, so for the first time in 11 YEARS it has received its first engine clean and my lord! These guys make the engine look brand new again! A protective layer was also added into the engine. Can’t wait to bring back my Mazada sometime soon to do it’s first ever engine clean. Again the mazada is brand new and hasn’t received its first engine clean ever! 100% would recommend these guys even if it’s just for a regular clean! 🔥

I got the Full Detail Clean and not only was it clean to perfection but it was also done super fast and the people who served me were super nice! The team here are absolutely fantastic! I took in my car to get it cleaned, it was a bit of a mess but when i picked it up it was like brand new again, they did an exceptional job inside and outside the car. They were fast, the quality of work with great and the pricing was very sharp considering some of the other mall car valet companies charge so much! Recommended to anyone looking for a good car valet service.

Perfect for what we wanted. They clearly explained what was included in the service (economy service) and how long it would take. We turned up earlier than we had booked which they accommodated that for us and let us know when we could pick it back up. Car was looking cleaner than ever.

I’ve been using this particular team’s for years and they’ve always done a superb job at a reasonable price. Audis, especially the version that I have is quiet notorious for having a complicated interior to clean, lots of surfaces, gaps and buttons. But they’ve always take their time and make sure all the details are taken care of. Do check out them next time you shop at Sylvia Park! It’ll be worth it.

I took my ute for a super wash on Wednesday, I wasn’t very happy with the the standard it had been cleaned at due to only having one staff member on that day but after contacting them again they were happy to reclean my car and done an awesome job, much appreciated

Had a wash and tyres done. That’s all. Very good job. Had an interesting talk, and he showed me how the ceramic coating works. I had to come back to the centre later, and as I drove past he recognised me and waved. I don’t go to Sylvia Park very often as I am over 50 km away, but when I do go next, I will be sure to go and see him, at which time I hope I have polished my car!

May 2021 Did a better job than I was getting at the other end of mall and cheaper. Dec 2021 The next job was a car outside for 5 under a tree! Quite a state, but you would not know it when I picked it up. Excellent

Have used concierge a few times now. Always had a great job done. Last time we had a more major clean of the inside including leather clean. We found the job to be thorough and detailed. We were even told that if the windows needed more work - we could come back anytime. They seem to really care about doing a great job for their clients, so will definitely be back.

Concierge car wash Sylvia Park did an amazing job for my friends’ car when I took it for a wash. The work was immaculate. Unfortunately, I had a pathetic experience when I took my ride. However, the team at CCW managed to get my confidence by owning up for the situation and did justice for my car later. The customer service was top notch and helped me resolve the issue.

An excellent grooming service with great detailling, e.g. bugs and dirt embedded in front from recent road trip all fully removed. Highly recommend Concierge Car Wash, Sylvia Park to all. Thanks.
