Went here for an executive carwash, left a little disappointed! Wheels although washed had numerous areas missed. Emailed my concerns and they promptly offered to rectify the issue to their credit (2 stars otherwise). I couldn't afford to take another two hours out of my day so didn't take them up on their offer. Its an executive carwash with an executive price tag, get it right first time! Voting with my feet (or wheels in this case). To be fair, he did ask before I left to have a look and whether I was happy with the car... (note to self: check!)

Really happy with the job they did on my car! It's super clean inside and out. Gave good advice too. I'll be back :)

I had my car cleaned here yesterday and I was super impressed with the service. Super friendly and also took a good look at what the car needed and altered the service, with consultation, so I got my money worth. Very happy with the end result - thank you!

The team pulled through with an amazing job on my car! They brought the paint back to life, cleaned the interior to a high standard, and left me starstruck when I saw it that clean! Will definitely be back!

The best car wash service I ever had and staffs are very friendly. I arrived 30mins before my schedule and they are still very happy to accommodate me. Special thanks to Karan. This dude is a superstar. Everytime I visited other carwash cafe I left with regret thinking of the money I have wasted which had same result if I was washing my car (not sooo pro). And the only reason why I went to carwash center so I can relax and do other activities like breakfast or walking or running while waiting. Karan really did me a favor and it was spotless.. Thanks a lot bro. I will surely visit again :)

I booked the express wash for my 4WD, which is listed at $39. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. I had driven my car around the country, so it had quite a few bugs on it. I was therefore told that it would cost me $10 more to have my car clean, or I could have the "normal" express wash, but the bugs wouldn't be removed. Clearly, I booked a car wash because... well, my car was dirty. So, why on earth would I have to pay extra for what I consider to be part of a normal wash?! Being there and having booked and paid for my car wash online, I said that I wanted my car clean and therefore "agreed" to the extra $10. I was told it would be ready in an hour's time although I don't understand why it should have taken that long to wash my car. In fact, the reason seemed pretty obvious: it looks like they might have been overbooked. Indeed, the manager (?) seemed surprised when he first saw me and checked his computer to confirm my booking. Bottom line: my car was ready 1h15 after I dropped it. I noticed something sticky on my car bonnet. I mentioned it to the person who was finishing cleaning my car wheels, and he told me that it was glue and not bugs, giving me the impression that it wasn't part of the wash (!?). I pointed out that it still ought to be cleaned, to which he agreed although it felt like he was making me a favour (!!). In the end, I had to pay an extra $12 (and not $10) and, although my car is relatively cleaned, I wouldn't say that I was provided with "an unsurpassed quality of service and attention to detail". Would I come back? Probably not, unfortunately.

Took car in for seat shampoo plus inside and outside clean. The car was clean inside out but the seat shampoo outcome was disappointing as it did not remove the dirt as was told it would when I took it in for a quote. He gave me a $20 discount but charged me another $35 to use some headlight wipes restorer to improve the clouding on my headlights cover. I thought the $35 was excessive for a 5 minute job. When I took it in for quote I was also told I would get an exterior polish but that didn’t happen. So next time I’d write down exactly what I was told the job would include. I took car in at 9am as requested and was told it would take about 2 hours but only got my car back at 2.30pm. Wasn’t impressed with the delay nor seat shampoo. Might try a different car wash place in the future.

Very professional and great attention to detail. Awesome service too and very easy to book. Took me 30 seconds in my phone after a simple google search and I was all booked in. My car looks like when I first got it, inside and out. They even water blasted the tray of my ute for me. I'm gonna be coming here again and again. Thanks guys!!

Great carwash. It's just a one man operation but the quality and speed was good for the price. Managed to get all the mud and grass off the floor. Outside of the car was spotless with no visible cloth marks or micro scratches. It can be a little tight a squeeze to get in on a busy day.
