Good communication, very friendly, and very quick turn around. Did a great job on the paintwork eliminating swirling and light scratches, bringing our 2010 BMW X1 back to showroom condition. Excellent value and very cost effective.

Called SAX car valet and promptly responded and found time to do car the next day. The car needed some serious attention and got pre sale service and pet hair removal. The car has come out looking brand new and super tidy! Looks like a completely different car. Staff were helpful and very friendly too. So happy with service, worth the price! Thanks so much again.

I hadn’t used a valet service before so didn’t have a clue what to expect. Very impressed how easy the whole process was from selecting what service I wanted on the website, to delivery and pickup. Can’t thank the boys enough for the work they did and how approachable they were. Oh yes, the car was immaculate too. Excellent job. I’ll be back.

Nice enough place but for the price I expected a better job. Swirl marks all over the windows and plastic trim. Pollen still on the hood. Scuff marks on the sides that I easily rubbed off with my finger. Inside of windows not great. Looks fine over all. Just not good enough for the money.

What a place! Initially I thought the price might be a little high. But you pay for what you get, and these guys are the best! They also threw in a headlight restoration for free! So in the end the whole service turned out to be quite cheap and top quality. Highly recommend. Go see them and treat yourself!

The SAX group was incredible from the very beginning. My first appointment for an interior clean I had to cancel last minute— the manager was quick to respond and friendly. Once I did come back, I dropped off the car (required a lot of work) and they were nice enough to give me a quick ride to work for that day to avoid an Uber. When I finally came to get the car, no kidding it was cleaner then when I purchased it from a dealer. Everything down to the cup holder and pockets were stain-free spotless. This local business takes a ton of pride in their work and it really shows. And they clearly operate with the customer at the center which made me feel great about the visit. Definitely coming back!

Excellent Service with the best results. My car is sparkling clean inside and outside. 100% recommended. I even asked if I could be sent periodic reminder to valet clean and VK advised he will do so.

Friendly easy going professional staff that undertook my pre booked exterior clean and vacuum with head lights polished. I picked up the vehicle and wasn't convinced about headlights but gentlemen felt they were better. I would say marginally, certainly nothing like the pictures on the website. I got home and noticed that it had not been washed properly and I question if it was waxed as all jams had not been cleaned and the roof had not been cleaned properly alongside drips from soap on door. I telephoned the gentleman who was very friendly, professional and helpful by offering to do it again. He also explained that waxing isn't the best for black cars, I disagree as I don't think it had been waxed and you should still notice a difference irrelevant of colour. The reason I got above work done was to sell the vehicle which I did some days later thus didn't return car. I can't question the professionalism and friendless of the gentleman I spoke to as he was fine but the bottom line is: it was not value for money as the work was not completed properly and I forwarded pictures to the gentleman. Sadly I have to say that it was no different to getting a hand wash at a fraction of a cost thus I felt ripped off. It is all fair and well offering to redo the work but that is not the point, it should be completed properly the first time especially for the cost. Therefore unfortunately I cannot recommend for quality of work irrelevant of the colour of the car. I wish them all the best.

Booked in for a presale groom and 1x head light restoration. So impressed with the customer service and the amazing job they did on my Rav. It looks immaculate. We will be coming here from now on to get our vehicles cleaned.

I called SAX and booked in 2 of our company utes for a mobile valet. We are a commercial construction company so you can imagine the, not so clean, interior of these utes! These guys know how to valet a vehicle! Plain and simple. Hell, give them a boat and there'll not be a water mark on it! VK and his guys are super friendly and don't skip over things. They take their time. I have never seen anyone take as much care and attention as these guys do. You get what you pay for, which is an excellent service and a thoroughly clean vehicle!

VK did an amazing job on my car. The service was exceptional! I called and booked for a clean the next morning at 9am, he turned up right on time and did a very thorough job on my car. It's cleaner than when I bought it from the car yard, and it has had a lot of neglect since then. Cigarette smells are gone, and the interior looks brand new. 10/10!

Wow! Ive got 3 babies under the age of 3. They really stained and wrecked my car (because the car is like a fun playground to them) we are moving to Australia in 1 week and need to sell our pre-loved car ASAP. VK did a really great job with my mazda hatchback. I recently bought the car, and there was a strong musky odor, but thanks to VK and his team, they shampooed the inside of the car and cleaned the air conditioner vents and the smell is GONE!! So thankful!

I have been looking for a place to have my car valeted in Auckland and I am so happy I found these guys. The car washes at the garage are okay to wash some dirt off - but these guys have your car looking like it just came out of the showroom . I couldn't recommend them any more than I do - absolutely First Class.
