S. M.I took my car in the other day to get a full detail wax and polish, because my car was looking very sad and aged, and the crew and VIP blew me away. They are very professional, and they know how to do good quality work. If you ever need some professional work done on your car, most definitely see the team at VIP, they will get you sorted. C. S.I got an express detail on my Skoda Superb wagon and was very impressed with the result! Customer service and communication was excellent, and I felt like I was getting a more expensive package. They even did a couple of little extras for me, just because they wanted to do a great job, which I really appreciated . I highly recommend VIP.
P.Due to many disappointing experiences with 'professional' car detailing companies i'd become fairly apprehensive about them, but after a disappointing post service clean and vac from a flash vehicle group i had to pop in to VIP to have a yarn (I had driven passed the place before but never been in). They took the time to discuss and explain a proposed detailing plan for my vehicle, including the pick up/drop off and a loan car if needed. Quietly confident with their ability it was booked in. I was more than happy with the result, everything that was discussed was done to a high standard, plus they'd fixed other bits that they'd come across during the process. I found VIP to be a trustworthy down to earth crew of car enthusiasts who treat your car with care and respect. They're across all aspects of detailing and aftermarket upgrades. An OCD customer who will be back.....

They bring in a 3rd party to do the tint. Overall a great job with the finish. However, the clean-up job wasn't perfect with some tint scraps left in the car.

They spent at least 20 hours in sorting out the dozens of scratches on my wife's Lexus.
The previous owner didn't know how to wash the car and the scratches required a lot of cut and polish by Stephens team to get good.
After the nano ceramic coating applied, the car now has a mirror finish on its paint, and also the wheels are coated too.
Water flows off the paint like water off a duck's back!

If I do it myself there's no need anymore of adding in dollar coins or tokens, just tap my card for a maximum of $15 and if I don't take the allotted 15 mins it debits just for the time used, brilliant!
