OM Gosh, so impressed with this team. I had just bought a 2nd hand car and wanted a full interior detail to give me that "new car" feel. It had been a "family" car and not in great shape. Nothing was a problem even when I had to change my booking times. They supplied a loan car for the day which was much appreciated. They certainly delivered in all respects and the car looked AMAZING inside and out. Super friendly and very professional. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

Polite and friendly staff. Fantastic service - felt like driving a car out of a showroom. I could not fault anything with service. best of all I was able to drop off the vehicle and use the courtesy vehicle for the day.

(Cut & Polish) Great but not the best, since it's under a roof, there isnt much lighting for showing all the swirls to be seen by them, my car still had swirls after it but was shiny, I did have the intention of getting rid of all swirls but it is what it is, just go get it done by professionals id say🤙also the cream they used for my car still was left in my emblems and some parts around the car, found it quite annoying to having to clean it again after id just taken it from them.

Great effort by the team at CCV, presented a challenge with a car covered in over spray that was weeks old and I got my ute back looking like it had just left the paint shop, truly impressive work, easy to deal with and it was all done in one day. I would highly recommend their business!

These guys are absolutely amazing! They worked on my car for a good few hours and it only cost $80. They went above and beyond in both cleaning the car, and in their customer service. A huge shout out to James and his team for their supurb workmanship in bringing my car back from the absolute brink! They seriously had their work cut out for them and they earned every dime and it was worth every dime! I had the full works, $550 worth. I decided to get our groomed as a one-off as our family is about to grow. Grooming isn't something I'd done before but stoked we did tho - our family car bought 5 yrs ago looks, feels, smells like new. Recommend for anyone who wishes they had a new car but still love the one they've got.

The team at CCV Car Grooming (very ably led by James) seem to really care about the Customer and what is a prized possession for most of us. In our case we have bought one of the first NZ, highest specified, 2018 Mercedes A200 (model W177) just a week ago. It is cosmos black metallic and will need lots of love and care over its life. James and his team have started that with a two coat Dura-Seal application. It gave it a glass like appearance, and I promised never to take it through a car wash! They are really nice people, answered my endless stream of questions, gave me a loan vehicle and a Dura-Seal ongoing care kit. I did have to pay, but there you go, there's always something! LOL. Just what you need in a quality car grooming business. My car is a 2016 HSV GTS Black colour and they do a fantastic job every time.. I’m find them accomodating for last minute bookings (within reason) and the attention to detail is great and at a fair price. And they really care about your car. Highly recommended them.
