I got my car window tinted today from them (21/10/2021). I am happy of the work they did and the price they offered. But you probably would get confused where the entrance. It is from the back of the building where "Mainland Fastener" is. They should focus more on the customer waiting. Which is poorly. There is no treat if you happen to wait there. A treat in the sense, access to a coffee or else water at least. That was what happened to me. There was a coffee machine. When I asked one, he said it is broken. But machine needed to load water. That is what appeared on the screen of it. So, could not enjoy a coffee while waiting. What they did and dealing with customer (me) was fine. I could negotiate the price too that I appreciate.

A pretty slick operation overall. Was able to call a book an appointment for a ceramic coating really easily and they send a confirmation txt. We discussed a PPF wrap but they don't fold around the edges or remove and wrap under the Tesla badge so skipped on that. The ceramic coating looks lovely and there were no defects. 😀

Awesome experience with my Mercedes Benz car. Looks like a new after detailing. I got triple diamond package and I'm very happy with that. From the first visit to get an estimate for the detailing I required the receptionist who did the assessment could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The second visit to have the work done was just as pleasant. A very reasonable loan car was available. All the team I dealt with were friendly helpful and very professional. I was very pleased with the outcome and they made the deal very easy and I could not suggest a better place for detailing. Best business experience I have had in a long time! Well done DetailKing!👍

I was pleased at first when I saw my car which I had left there for 4hrs. I was not impressed when I was told my car had damp upholstery which ended up being really wet. When I got home I had to leave the car running with heater on to dry upholstery, few places they issed & didn't clean . Not impressed. No matter what your background is or your address you should have the same experience as everyone else who have had really good experiences , mine was very much lacking I was told damp but it wasn't damp it was wet, It was a sunny day!! You mustve done mine at the last minute as you did NOT use any drying mechanism on it

Very friendly and knowledgeable team and my car looked great but upon closer inspection of it after I drove it away I noticed dirt still on parts of the car and there was still residue left on the inside of the windows from the glass cleaner. Also, the floor mats had been taken out to be washed and put back in WHILE THEY WERE STILL WET, which isn't very professional. If I'm paying a professional to clean my car, I want them to be able to clean it better than i can myself.

Bought a grab one voucher for interior and exterior clean and waited for it. The waiting area is clean spacious , comfy couch , nice coffee and free wifi. Toilets are clean too. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Car wash interiors and exterior is great too. Overall highly recommend!

4/5 for the groom, 6/5 for the service - so that’s 10/10 From me. $69 to make a really good (not perfect, but certainly better than I would ever do) job on a Landcruiser 200 that’s lucky to get washed twice a year, nobody even comes close to that value. Friendly and efficient staff, what’s not to love?
