We were promptly greeted by Rohit who very quickly took our booking and gave us an approximate completion time. We chose to wait and enjoyed a coffee. Rachel the receptionist and cafe manager was extremely pleasant and helpful with a delightful telephone manner. Our car was cleaned both in and out to perfection and we were thrilled with the finish. We will definitely use this service again.

Great customer service , paid $180 for inside detail including shampoo and washing of carpets , also all hard service etc, seems a bit on high side but would need to do some research. Only thing would be that I did not notice till I got home was car on outside (which I did not pay to clean) was a lot filthier after it been to them. I assume they must wash other cars next to mine and splattered all over my car , however the job inside was top notch

I was welcomed by one of the crew the moment I got onto the lot. The guy who greeted me quickly directed me to the person who manages the appointments. The service was very friendly and I could tell the place was busy so I appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism. The entire crew looked to be working hard and everything looked really organized.

Tana and his team did a great job on my very dirty car. Looks and smells great. Looked hard for spots they might have missed. Found none! Good, friendly service from a crew who delivered what was promised.

I rang the contact number two different times and was quoted the same amount each time for the service that I wanted, this was a full interior clean with the seats to be shampooed. For this the quote was $165. I bought the car in for the clean on Sunday and told the gentleman in charge that I was wanting the seats to be shampooed and the interior cleaned, he said they could do that for between $209-279, I told him that I had been quoted on 2 separate occasions that it was $165. He point blank refused the $165 would be an option and that would only be the seats shampooed, I explained no, I was quite clear with who I spoke with and they quoted $165 both times, he said that it was wrong, to which I responded then you need to speak with your staff. He said he could do the car for $195 in total, we had come all the way from Rangiora so I had to take the price. We received the car back around three hours later and a good job had been done with the shampoo of the seats and the interior but there were still marks on the back doors and backs if the seats that would've come out with a good run. Overall a good job, but bad service from the man in charge on the day. Lady in the Cafe was lovely and yummy food.

Great service,met by friendly staff. Had viewed some reviews and was a bit doubtful about going to them. Had full interior and exterior done, ute was filthy inside. Took just on 2 hours , but looks like a new ute. Very pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend. And had a really good coffee in Cafe to top it off.

Staff were really friendly, especially Rachel the barista (I’m pretty sure that was her name :) ) she was really welcoming and accomodating. She helped move things from my car to at were awkward for me to carry due to being pregnant. The outside cafe area was great including the puppy corner where my pup had plenty of toys to play with. Handy being right by Hayley park to go wander while the car is cleaned. The clean was really good. My car was very soggy. .For the money spent ($104) there were some areas not as good as I’d hoped like the top of the windows were still dirty and around the door frames, but the staff encourage you to have a look over and they tidied these up no stress.

This is a very professional company. The staff did a fantastic job on detailing my vehicle. The most honest staff as well. A friend of mine lost a $2,000.00 watch and it turned up in my drink holder when I picked up my vehicle. My friend was very happy to hear his watch was found and safely stored in my car for me to see when I got into the vehicle. I will continue to use these guys. Thank you team I’ll see you next time.

My car was incredibly dirty from three dogs jumping in and out often with mud caked feet. The team at Espresso did an awesome job cleaning the car inside and out. It even drives better now. Thanks heaps!

Went in for the first time. The guy came up to me right away. Had the express wash. pass the car key walked into the cafe, greeted friendly. Bought a cappuccino, coffee was nice. Have told will take 45mins but done in 25 mins. Car cleaned well, tyre shine. Overall great experience. Will come back again.

Great service! I dropped in with no appointment needed for an interior deep clean as the car seats were quite soiled and now my car is looking as good as new! Nice cafe on site and It's located near Hagley Park and the Botanic Gardens, so I went for a walk there whilst the car was being cleaned for a couple of hours which was really nice. Would definitely return.

The parts they did clean were really good which was most of the car. but small things were missed like the centre console wasn't cleaned at all, there's an arch on the back window around the spare tire that wasn't cleaned and the passenger mirror still has cobwebs on it. It was like $106 so I would have expected stuff like that to have been done, but like I said the rest of the car looks really good.

A Little disappointed with yesterday’s interior groom service for a 4x4 Navara. At $194 for a full interior clean and carpet shampoo there was still a little too much excess dirt/mud and dust in easily accessible areas for my liking and I’m not a fussy person. The truck interior was reasonably dirty to start and I was generally happy with first impressions but there still seemed to be copious amounts of dirt/dust build up on the dash, door faces, and the base of the gear stick etc. I realise the team only have a 2 hour turn around time but it took me literally 5 minutes to remove the missed areas with a clean micro cloth and I was a lot happier. Suprised that these few areas hadn’t been picked up on. They did do a complementary vacuum and wipe in the tray/canopy which was good of them and the harder to reach areas, door pockets, glove book and centre console were done well just a few of the more visible key surfaces lacked a bit of attention. Other cheaper cleans have been up to satisfaction but to spend close to $200 on just an interior clean and be let down has left a slight bad taste to linger on.
