Well, after reading some of these nasty reviews I thought I would check this place out for myself. I was unsure how many tokens I needed so called into the office which was supervised by this "Grumpy, terrible woman" This Lady turned out to be most helpful, friendly and all with a cheerful smile. She is a credit to New Zealand. I think all you keyboard warriors need to take a break and treat people with respect to start with.

Usually all the equipment works for self-service but, it seems someone drove over a hose that was left there and after someone else paid $6 for the service it didn't work. I tried calling the 0800 number which says not to leave a message and to text the cellphone, but, no cell phone # was provided in the voicemail so who knows if they'll ever check the voicemail I left. In another machine it wouldn't accept the coins and had to be paid via eftpos, also the rinsing didn't work so the vehicle was left all suddy/soapy 🫧🧼. I recommend at least having a sign "Not working" or having options of signs available to the public to put out outside of the office hours stating what exactly isn't working.

Good little car wash, we use it frequently. A few people had machines eating their coins the last day I visited though. Use your EFTPOS/PayWave on the machines instead of change to avoid headaches.

Just met a nice worker there called Rico. He was very very nice and helped me out alot. He didn't have to, he went the extra mile and more. I always go there to power wash my car, it is a great place. Very recommended for fast efficient machines.

Great service. I had one of those instances where the tokens wouldn't work in their machine - there was no questions ask, he fixed the machine and even refunded two tokens which apparently didn't even come from there (yet came out if their token machine). All up, fantastic service - and the facility's are perfect.

Made use of this 24-hour self-serve vacuum & car wash service (went at 10:30 pm) to do a quick servicing of our rental car before returning it the next day. Was simple enough to use/navigate in pitch black by myself and wasn't overly expensive. Great thing to have around in Nelson!

Very quick and convenient, I can high pressure wash my SUV for about $4 if its not too dirty. $6-8 if it needs to be scrubbed properly. This place can be popular at times and not much parking space to make a cue.

The automated car wash does an average job. The self serve one is a pain to use as you have to get tokens from a token machine to enter and a token is 2 dollars and it gives you 2 minutes to do what you need. This means you most of your time feeding tokens into the machine. Would be better with a pay wave terminal at the self serve for 6 minutes usage. Would not go back.

Ok if you need a quick wash, but hit and miss if you can pay via card, or if the auto car wash is working at all. But good if you want to clean a boat or car yourself in the other diy bays, better if you bring your own coins though
