Booked parents vehicle in for a groom before selling. Easy booking system and great location. Team were easy to deal with and experience was easy throughout.......until collection time. They car keys were unable to be found. Additional team member had to return from his house to help find the keys, which were eventually located in the car wash bay. Suggestions, create a process for where keys are located (safe, key board etc). The detailing was OK, with dust/ dirt still visible in the corners of centre console, gear lever surround etc. Lint/fluff still on seats. All in all average job. Lastly, we are currently in 'code red' with covid, at no time delivering, collecting or looking for the keys did any of the staff wear a mask while dealing with client.

My car had been sitting for 6 months in a bushy suburb, caked in pollen and literally had lichen growing out of the windscreen seal. Needed a hand wash but DIY place is spenny for a deep clean, so I dropped in to these guys. Car was ready for me before stipulated time, and is almost impeccable. Reasonably priced, and friendly service. Recommend.

Since I purchased my vehicle new in 2009, it has only been valeted by the Espresso Carwash in Porirua. NO brushes, hand wash only. Continued satisfaction.

Excellent work for a lot cheaper other similar services around Wellington. Had my very dusty mid-life crisis convertible shining in an hour!

Amazing service, Wife blew a smoothie up in our brand new 40k car, it was a horrid site and really bad. Took it down to the car wash and Vic fixed it up for us, did an amazing job and even an awesome exterior clean. The price was amazing too, he didn't complain once and got the dirty job done quick. Good for if you have a specific mess that needs cleaning, otherwise if your after a good all round clean to get the car to showroom type quality go elsewhere, the $159 supreme clean was okay but I couldve gotten the same result with 4 hours work & my parents polish/car cleaner

My car had been parked up for at least 3 years and what ever stain rubbish (crumbs and foot traffic debris and coffee stains) were still thee and obviously the closed up muggy smell... 2 hours and half hours later all gone smell fresh... Very Very happy... (In part I should feel embarrassed that I should get someone to clean this mess for me)

Paid for a Supreme Groom for a Honda Fit. I'm giving 3 stars because I was able to make a same day appointment, and they did wax my car. I can't give 5 stars because the windows, interior handles, and dashboard were still dirty when I picked it up. Also they charged me more than we agreed on when I dropped it off.
