S.KITCHEN REFURB - BY THE STARS... I had dithered and hesitated and my experience with other providers never advanced beyond planning & quote. Matt arrived - I told him what I wanted - exactly and he delivered - exactly what I wanted. His installation guys were a joy to be around. I recommend them beyond 100%. Check my magic drawer within a drawer - so practical.
T.I am beyond happy with my beautiful kitchen. Royale live up to their name. I feel like a Queen in my Royale kitchen. Everyone in the team was wonderful to deal with. I got 4 quotes from other companies but Rachel was the only one who really listened to the design brief and her design and ideas far exceeded all the others. The installation team went the extra mile which was so appreciated. The whole team were so easy to deal with. I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong.
K.My experience with Royale Kitchens was exceptional. From the beginning working with Bronwyn and the initial design concept through to choosing the materials then seeing the finished kitchen. Each stage I was well informed on progress, given extremely realistic time frames and it was a great experience. The finished product is outstanding and the installation perfect. I would rate this company not only for craftsmanship in the final product but the service and communication by every person I dealt with in the company was excellent.
A.Royale Kitchens has just installed a new kitchen in my 20-year-old house, and I am thrilled with it. The experience was easy and enjoyable because of the high levels of competence of the staff at Royale and of the tradesmen (eg the electricians & cabinet installer) which they supplied. I was particularly impressed by my kitchen's designer, Rachel Usman, whose thoughtful, insightful, and collaborative approach to the design process has produced the beautiful kitchen which I had visualised in my head, but with all the added extras I would never have thought of. Rachel took on board what I wanted (and didn't want) but didn't hesitate to recommend changes where she felt they would improve the design. Her attention to detail was remarkable. The photo shows the nearly-finished kitchen with its Corian Dune benchtop, but still waiting for its splashback.
L.The design, workmanship and attention to detail in our kitchen has been superb - thank you so much to Mathew, Bronwyn and the team. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with the wider team as they’ve installed and finished off the kitchen. Communication and reliability has been amazing all round.
N.We are so happy with our new laundry/ kitchenette. We contacted Royale Kitchens after the default DIY store options weren't able to deliver our goal of cabinetry to the ceiling. So glad we did and we would go straight back next time. Design input and service was outstanding. Call Royale Kitchens today!
B.We can not fault Rachel and Mathew for their professionalism and quality of the job of designing and fitting our new kitchen. Every detail has been finished to perfection. Both Mathew and Rachel were very easy to deal with and they also recommended a builder for us, who managed the subbies that were required. The builder was amazing too as were all the subbies. Every one turned up on the day and the time they said they were going to. In fact, we had so much faith in the team at Royale, we were away when they installed the kitchen! Can't fault them.
S.Rachel did an amazing job with the design of the kitchen and creating ways to make it all work functionally and look amazing. She was pleasure to work with, very professional, friendly, had great ideas and was very patient with me changing my mind. Everything was delivered and installed on time and Mathew was very helpful from this aspect. I couldn't have been more happy with the end result.
B.Well executed from first stepping into the Browns Bay showroom. Rachel (thank you) fine tuned our original design idea, provided great practical advice improving kitchen layout and produced realistic drawings for us to take home and validate our vision. Promised delivery and install couldn't have gone smoother, on time and Mathew even helped spot a couple of anomolies our sparky/builder would need to address. Overall Mathew and team were a pleasure to deal with, you wont find a better service.
D.Well done Royale Kitchens! Two years ago we bought a new group-home off the plan, however the kitchen was not user-friendly. We had been recommended Royale Kitchens and the owner Mathew came promptly, assessed our needs, and came up with a revised kitchen layout with all modern, easy to use slide out drawers, in the right locations.
Their installers were polite, obliging and efficient. The results have been brilliant. It has transformed our life in the kitchen. We had no idea what difference a well designed kitchen could make, Royale Kitchens are highly recommended.
