We asked Kitchen Studio to help us update a very run down kitchen we had been using for over 20 years. Nothing really had a place, and it didn't flow at all. Sarah captured our vision and made it come alive. She gave us great pointers and designs that just wowed us. We decided to go for quality and long-lasting fittings, benchtops and cupboards. We do not regret it. Kitchen Studio were nothing but professional, helpful and always on time. Now we have our new kitchen to enjoy, it not only wows us everyday, but also those people who come to visit who can appreciate what we had before and what we now are blessed with. Thank you Elise, Sarah and the team for such a wonderful space in our house.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen! We went to Kitchen Studio after losing faith in another chch kitchen company- they weren't remembering details we wanted and had nothing insightful to add or help with our design ideas... We felt like that didn't really care and as a result we might end up with a kitchen we weren't happy with... Then we went to Elise and straight away she was excited by our idea, she put forward some ideas of her own, offered useful feedback on our design and made alterations that resulted in a more functional space- exactly what we were hoping for by taking our design to a professional! She listened to what we wanted and hunted down the exact wood colour we were after. Our aesthetic is more retro/vintage in style and she took that on board rather than channeling us towards too contemporary a style which we appreciated. We've had a great experience with Kitchen Studio and are really chuffed with our new kitchen. Our space is reasonably small, and had a few challenges, but Elise designed a fabulous layout that really works for us - so much better than our own ideas! We were really impressed with the care taken during installation to make sure that everything worked perfectly - nothing was a problem. The kitchen fits so well with the overall feel of our home, while still being modern, super functional, and beautiful.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. I have never been much of a cook or enjoyed working in the kitchen before, but now I just love coming home from work and preparing meals. Kitchen Studio helped to transform my kitchen to an amazing space and have been so easy to work with, fixing any little issues or concerns straight away. The quality of the kitchen and high standards, combined with the very friendly staff who were always easy to communicate with has been amazing. I'm so pleased I chose Kitchen Studio to transform my kitchen.

Design: Very impressed with the actual design and finish of the kitchen. Sarah the designer is very thoughtful and skilled in her role. She helped adapt changes through the process and made the space incredible. The finished result is truly fantastic. Be aware though that any design changes to the original concept plan will cost. I was stung with an extra $900 redesign fee! Informed of this after the redesign was done of course. Build: The kitchen is of high quality materials and the finish is exceptional. Installation: The installers were very competent and ensured the finish was to a high standard. No damage was left on the final product and any issues were rectified. George the builder is brilliant, very precise and careful with his work. Management of the installation and contract: The service provided was appalling throughout the kitchen build - information was not forthcoming, contract delivery dates were not met. I highly recommend you DO NOT pay 100% of the kitchen invoice before install as per their 'conditions' as you will need to have some leverage when management of the installation falls to pieces like it did. They don't respect the contract they make with you and you're the only one who suffers - my kitchen was not delivered on the contract date (scheduled 5 weeks after the final measure), mine was 7 days later and the store manager only bothered to contact me on the contract date to advise the delay. Apparently they were down one staff member and knew the delay 2-3 weeks prior but never bothered to tell me. This was the start of many many surprises. You need to know that install is at least '7-8 weeks' from the date of DELIVERY as defined by management after my install process began. Much longer than I was lead to believe during the sales pitch. Major components of my kitchen had not even been sent for manufacturing until well after the contracted installation date - namely the upper cabinets and oak table. This was not communicated beforehand and made the process more frustrating. A tradesman was sent to install the rangehood at *additional* cost without my consent or it being included in the scope.There was a lot of back and forth and copies of unsighted documents cited trying to justify how I was 'informed'. Make sure you keep copies of the original signed off plans given at the final measure. I had minor design elements changed that were not communicated to me and didn't match the original signed off plans - this was a surprise when the cabinets were installed. Whilst I was happy with the re designed elements, I would have preferred a quick email to check it was ok. After all the issues I was offered 2% of the contract value as compensation. Summary: The kitchen finish is stunning, very modern and user friendly. Very poor at basic contract management and variation approval with customer prior to implementation. Overall the high cost paid unfortunately did not match the poor level of service/response received during installation.

I had been thinking of getting a new kitchen for a long time,so this year I did It.After consulting with three kitchen firms, I chose kitchen studio. I was guided from start to end by Sarah who was very skilled and also a kind and lovely person to work with, likewise all the people that I had dealings with. Hi, We had some work done our kitchen a number of years ago by Kitchen Studio and an issue arose around part of the work done on the kitchen. I contacted Kitchen Studio about the warranty and they couldn't have been more helpful. The issues were dealt with in a friendly, prompt and efficient manner. I gave Sarah a small space with a big vision. I wanted my hallway to have hidden talents. The space went from my laundry to 2nd kitchen to a central control hub! It was a challenge due to area size, door openings, raked ceilings, usage requirements etc. but the team used their knowledge of product and precision installation to deliver a 'slick' solution. Thank you Sarah, George and the team behind you.

Communication could of been better, there were stumbling blocks all the way through the process. I now have the kitchen I wanted and I must say the installer is very good at his job, but at the end of it I think it could of gone much smother.
