Thank you Sarah for designing our new kitchen! It was a simple and easy process. Sarah is very responsive and knows her stuff! Great quality joinery and quick install. Definitely worth the few months wait. If you're looking to get your kitchen modelled/re-modelled, I totally recommend you to check Palazzo kitchen :)

We are enjoying our fabulous Palazzo Kitchen, its amazing we are so impressed with the end product. The quality of the product is the best we have seen and this is not our first new kitchen. The installer was really good and did an excellent job, quite the perfectionist. Sarah was great to deal with and her input into the deign and function was invaluable and she was with us every step of the way through to completion. I cant recommend her highly enough and she has finished a kitchen for a relative who was on a smaller budget but is equally as delighted as we are.

I brought a set of 3 bar stools from Palazzo kitchens 3 years ago. One of the stools broke through an accident at home, and I couldn't find the same stools anywhere else online. I emailed Kate at Palazzo kitchens and she helped me out by finding the last two, identical bar stools in their show room. Kate was extremely helpful arranging delivery to us on the other side of NZ, and the stools arrived in great condition. I would highly recommend the team at Palazzo kitchens, they go above and beyond be help you out.

We selected Palazzo Kitchens on the recommendation of a project manager who had used Palazzo before. The design process was excellent with several options investigated and suggestions made by Sarah the Palazzo designer. It should be noted that Palazzo are not the cheapest joinery available, however we have been very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of Palazzo from design through to the install. Palazzo have kept to their program for design, ordering, delivery and install. The installation contractor was excellent and has recently adjusted a drawer which had a small clash to operating perfectly. The only small downside is that since Palazzo joinery is manufactured in Germany, the time required for replacement parts etc is quite long. In general we are very satisfied with our Kitchen Joinery and thank Palazzo for the service they have provided for us.

They supplied Kitchen , Study Nook, Dining Nook, Scullery , Laundry into our new home they were recommended by 2 close friends both had a great experance with there Kitchens. We ordered prior to Covid which put pressure on the supply but when it arrived in Port it was all fitted 7 days latter by their most experianced team we felt the price was fair for the amount of product we received.

This is our second Palazzo Kitchen and once again we have had a fantastic experience in choosing our kitchen design and delivery. The friendly service and install was seamless. The experience and vision to align our wishes and dreams to create a kitchen we love goes to the palazzo team, most especially Sarah. Our first kitchen was modern and fitted into the high end area we lived in. Our second kitchen is a country kitchen that has surpassed our expectations and a talking point for all who see it. We are absolutely thrilled with our Palazzo Kitchen. It's my favorite part of our new home. Our builder recommended Palazzo because they had the best showroom in Christchurch but we didn't think we could afford a kitchen there. We found the service when designing we received last year was fantastic and the price was excellent for what we have received. Our kitchen has just been installed with Elite Installers and they were great too. Building has been so hard, but the Palazzo Kitchen is going to be what I get to enjoy forever - Thanks, we are so happy.

We are about to order our second kitchen from Palazzo Kitchens. All the designers are good but praise goes to my designer, Amanda Kingston, as she has the experience and vision to create the perfect kitchen to suit any style of house at an affordable budget. Our first house was set on 5acres of land ...Amanda created a fabulous country kitchen. This new house is only 9 years old, set in private small patio style gardens ...we are excited to see what she will create this time but know it will be a perfect match to make this house our perfect home!
