I loved my visit. The owners were friendly and welcoming. I had a informative conversation with the owner about woodturning. I loved being able to step into his workshop and see where he creates his stunning wood art. There was also stunning art in the room next door. I drove away inspired. I hope to return soon.

A good visit to this interesting studio and talked to the lovely lady here on things of Kauri wood and crafts. There are crafts here made of kauri dating back to over tens of thousands of years. Love the old workshop room of Rick too, must have many stories inside it.

Tony and his son Matt have produced some brilliant sculptures in wood. Tony took us around his workshop area and showed us pieces in progress and explained how he decides on what to sculpt from particular pieces of wood. The grain in some of his Kauri pieces was amazing, it was a pleasure to get an insight into his work

(Original) Gallerie mit Studio mit sehr nettem Service. Die Holz-Kunstwerke sind sehr schön, zu jedem gibt es auch etwas Geschichte, bspw. Alter und Herkunft des Holzes. Man kann die Kunstwerke überall auf die Welt verschicken lassen, das macht es sehr komfortabel und man zahlt auch nur den Versand. Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
