Kitchens R Us provided us with an excellent wardrobe. The design process was very thorough, it took quite a while for the factory to make it all (8+ weeks) but part of this was due to the Covid lockdown we had in Tauranga in August-September 21. Once they were ready to install it went very smoothly, they had to come back to fix some manufacturing errors, but it was all sorted in a couple of days.

We had rung around a few places to get quotes and to be honest we didnt get a great vibe from any of them .....but then I rung kitchens rus from that very first phone call with Desi I knew I had the right place ...she knew exactly what I wanted.... took her time to explain, she was friendly efficient and the quote was emailed to me that day....we booked the job and we were informed every step of the way with phone calls and emails. I got a phone call from the installer Anders the afternoon befor confirming the time for the following morning...he arrived on time and got on with the job...again friendly efficent very clean and tidy even had his own vacume...it was pleasure to deal with them both we love what they have done and would highly recomened ....thank you once again :)
