Kitchens by Healey did an outstanding job on my father's kitchen. He can't leave a review as he isn't on Google. He says their advice was outstanding and knowledge is second to none. I though it was awesome when I visited seeing the extra quality touches. They even have little storage spaces hidden behind the 'kick-boards' which I thought was very clever. They incorporated an image of Te Mata peak where Dad got married. Myself, I own a property management company and have done so for many years. They have always done superb work for our clients. Kitchens by Healey are who I would use in my own home, and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

We have used Mastercraft Kitchens by Healey for several renovations in our house including bathroom upgrades and a new kitchen. We have always found them professional in their dealings with us and we have been extremely happy with the results. More importantly they have been extremely timely in the delivery and also importantly, very competitive with their pricing. We would recommend them to anybody considering getting a new bathroom and/or kitchen.

Simple, surprisingly cost effective, exceptional management and team who are extremely professional, we have found Mastercraft Kitchens By Healey in Palmerston North very pleasant to deal with and we continue to support them and utilize the full extent of their services they are astute, accurate and the product produced is second to none.

We could not be happier with our experience and final results of our beautiful kitchen! Throughout the entire process, Simon was incredibly helpful, professional and gave honest and great advice where needed. From design, to build and installation every part of the process had a very quick turnaround and Simon was very responsive throughout (we were the indecisive and perfectionist type customers). Simon and the carpenters on the workshop floor were so accommodating. The quality, value for money and professionalism was all outstanding. With the utmost confidence, we very highly recommend Kitchens By Healey!

We have recently built a new house and used Mastercraft Kitchens by Healey to design and build our kitchen. They were fantastic from start to finish. We dealt with Josh and found him to be extremely knowledgeable. We had lots of questions about different options and he had excellent answers to each one. He was more than willing to accommodate our requests for minor modifications along the way and seemed completely focused on ensuring that we got a kitchen that we were happy with. We didn't see the installers as this part of the process was seamless and didn't require any input from us. However, we did observe the quality of their finished work, which is first class. We are now in our house and loving our new kitchen. Josh and his team come with our highest possible endorsement. We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

*UPDATED* After posting this the manger got a hold of me and worked through the faulty range hood. Range hood has been replaced, just waiting on Mastercraft to pick up the old one. Again the quality & design has been excellent. Short version Great design & quality - The WORST after service I've ever encountered - The process has been more stressful than my mothers terminal illness & death, or buying our home - Not an exaggeration Long & detail version Used saved emails to get dates We started our kitchen 12/2/19 +At the start Nicola was amazing, great personality, listened & helped us design a kitchen we love. Nicola said she was would be the project manager & would sort everything. -"Our emails kept going into the spam folder" - We believed her but looking back it seems to be her not responding. Work started in June part payment Nicola is now only the kitchen cabinetry project manager, we misunderstood her, but with phone calls she reluctantly guides us with the other parts. Smith & Sons is great, very professional and high quality September Final payment - Suddenly Nicola is mostly unavailable IE I would ring the office, someone would answer & say yes Nicola is free she's at her desk right beside me. put me on hold then 2 minutes later pick the phone up & in a odd voice say I was wrong, shes not available, she's downstairs with a client This happened 6+ times! 13 Sept I emailed her about greasemarks forming by the rangehood Mon guy came out & said he would have to notify his boss Mid/Late October After contacting repeatedly, Nicola & another installer came out, They found the rangehood wasn't sucking properly & has silicone leaking out She said they would lodge a job with F&P Multiple emails & ringing I either get told no one here knows anything about it or Nicola isn't in Email tennis with Nicola saying she's lodged a job, she's lodged a job I rang Mastercraft & let rip to whoever was on the phone just to get the F&P commercial number (They wouldn't give it to me) Rang F&P 12/2/19 They could not see any jobs lodged, but without the serial number of the rangehood they can't be sure. rung a few more times but Nicola is never available & no one else can give me the serial number....... 14/1 just been told by Masterkraft the job may of been lodged with L&W - rang them & no job lodged Emailed F&P

We have recently built with G J Gardner in Masterton and the kitchen designed and delivered by Nathan and Mastercraft has been one of the highlights for us. Nathan clarified our initial thoughts and made many excellent suggestions resulting in a kitchen both perfectly functional and beautiful to look at. We are absolutely delighted with the design and standard of workmanship, both of the highest quality. Thank you Nathan and Mastercraft.
