Ambrose Vickers is amazing. It was obvious from the outset that she listened (a thorough consult at home including screens of notes). Ambrose took the whole idea I had for our kitchen, and presented a layout/plan that respected all I wanted and cleverly gave me everything I needed. Covid19 delayed the installation of our kitchen, however Phil Bell kept us in the know with progress. The finished product is a joy to be in, and it’s a kitchen!?!?! The process to get from imagining to working has been good, with creative solutions, an eye for detail and plenty of advice/suggestions, Ambrose and Phil from Kitchen Studio - Tauranga, are a team I’d be more than happy to work with again. Thanks guys!!

We have had a great experience working with Matthew and the Kitchen Studio team. Our project spanned into years as we needed to complete a renovation first. Matthew was always patient with our shifting timing and all our questions. The customer service from all the staff was excellent. We had lockdown in our fit-out process. The kitchen was made usable and easily completed once trades people were able to work again.We are thrilled with our kitchen. It functions well and looks great too.

The quality of our kitchen completed April 2021 meets expectations however there were delays, design changes throughout the build phase resulting in significant compromises and no follow up once the kitchen was finished to determine if we were satisfied or gain any learnings for continuous improvement which was the most disappointing aspect and so easy to do.

We visited recently. We were advised by a very experienced Matthew Burton on the various options, and the benefits of using Kitchen Studio. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and very customer focused so as to ensure what my friend had asked about might work. You have a professional Team. Better than others.

The design service we received was fantastic and the process was really easy. From then on we found the customer service to be not so great and communication was shocking. We had missing pieces, lots of different stories, issues with the finish and I had to keep following up. I probably wouldn't use Kitchen Studio again.

From the variety of designs offered by Pippa to the meticulous installation by Des, the process of putting a new kitchen in an existing house was amazingly trouble-free. I am 'over the moon' with the finished product and loving using it. Also there were several things that Pippa suggested which I had not thought about and now love them the most....trust the experts!
