J.We had the pleasure of Paul and Georgia cater on Saturday night for my husband's 70th birthday. The food was exceptional and everyone enjoyed it.
They arrived on time and within 2 hours had served a delicious Ploughmans platter, and a sumptuous BBQ for 17 adults and 2 children. Paul cooked on our BBQ. All cutlery and plates were provided and the kitchen was left clean and tidy at the end.
We would highly recommend Anise catering for any celebration at home
and we hope to have them return sometime in the future.
J.For our 50th wedding anniversary we chose to have a fine dining experience at home with our family. Paul delivered an exceptional 3 course meal befitting the finest Auckland restaurants. He accommodated the vegetarian and special dietary needs of some of our family members. Thank you Paul for making our 50th such a special night.
K.We booked Paul for a private dinner party in our home to celebrate mums 80th birthday. The food was divine, service was fantastic, it was like dining at a 5 star restaurant but more relaxing as we were at home. The dishes and kitchen were all cleaned. Would highly recommend Paul and his staff for an amazing evening.

M.We booked Anise at short notice to provide canapes for my daughters 21st we were hosting at home. Paul arrived and took care of everything - the food was superb. My only regret is that we didn't order more! We will definitely be using Anise Catering again for home functions.
S.We had Paul serve 12 of us for our 40th Anniversary family lunch at home. Scrumptious food, fresh and top quality served in style! The quantity was more than sufficient as we also had left overs for dinner which were transferred on to our platters before Paul packed up leaving the kitchen all clean. Vegan and dairy free requirements were well looked after and the cake was rich and delicious !! I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone and have him over for our next memorable gathering.
R.If you want a special dinner at home Paul and the team at Anise are the people to use. We have used them 3-4 times and each time anyone who comes along raves about the food and the interaction Paul has with the guests.

E.Paul in a cullinary genius. This time he and his team outdone themselves. Catered a private function at our home for 26 guests. 5 courses plus canapes. Flawless execution in what is a very very tight space for the numbers. Food (vegan) was incredible, everyone was raving about it! Presentation top class, many Instagram photos taken! At the end of the evening many guests comnented on how clean our kitchen was left.. like there was never any one here.. honestly you could not do better than using Anise. True professionals, true artists.
A.Chef Paul Duncan came from Auckland to our Hamilton home and provided us with a dining experience that we will never forget. It was a surprise event, he was discrete and it worked out perfectly. He provided us with an exceptional 7 course degustation menu which excited our taste buds and delighted our eyes. Every dish was of excellent quality and artistic presentation. Paul is an experienced chef who efficiently went about preparing fresh beautiful food in our kitchen which was then left clean and tidy. Paul is an engaging honest and reliable chef who takes pride in his work. Paul exceeded our expectations and we can strongly recommend him for home catering.
M.Hi Guys, I just want to say a special thank you for the most amazing Christmas BBQ! To have grown men sit there and say 'Wow, this is the best BBQ we have ever had' - is quite something, especially when a large number of them are South African, and a couple are quite famous for getting in and cranking up a very fine Braai. Let’s just say they were ‘apprehensive’ about the idea of someone else cooking! However, everyone got to sit back and relax, and the food was absolutely sensational. You made me (the organiser) look great too, yet all the really hard work was done by your fabulous staff. THANK YOU ALL, so much, for providing such a wonderful close to one heck of a tough year.

The food was absolutely incredible and with a waiter, it really felt like we had bought a restaurant into our home. Amazing experience that I hope to repeat in the not too distant future.
