Thankyou Kevin and Amanda for your wonderful catering for our work function with 13 guests. We were celebrating three industry awards and one community award that we had won during the year but the awards celebrations had all been cancelled. We had 5 courses each of which was perfectly presented and tasted delicious. Kevin explained the origins and content of each course. This was a truly memorable evening and was praised by all of our guests. Kevin and Amanda left our kitchen spotless. We are planning a family event next year and Kevin will definitely be doing the catering.

Kevin came to the house and prepared an absolutely phenomenal five course meal. He brought everything with him and the food was beautifully prepared and presented. However, more than anything, the food tasted absolutely amazing! Could not recommend more highly.

6 stars! Kevin came to our beautiful Airbnb in Omaha to run a corporate Masterchef challenge. This was hands down the highlight of our 4 day getaway. Can't wait to work with him again for future team events at Red Bull NZ.

Chef Kevin catered our wedding and did the most spectacular job. Not only was he extremely communicative, punctual, adaptable and delivered all the many things I requested, he also brought in wait staff to seamless cater our event. The food was absolutely sublime! We wanted a Mediterranean theme and he delivered mounds of freshly brined olives, exceptionally tender lamb, spiced pumpkin and delicious salads. We also had the cute little lolly bar for dessert. We will absolutely be booking him again for our next event - thank you so much Kevin, 10/10 and 5 stars!!!

Kevin & Amber came in to look after 12 of our beautiful friends for a birthday dinner. WOW. Kevin produced an amazing menu & also looked after one person with a dietary difference. The food was divine, the team were super accommodating and fun. Our kitchen was left cleaner than when they got there! We will definitely be re-booking again soon for our next soirée! Thanks guys.

We had an at home 6 course degustation menu by Kevin to celebrate a retirement. These guys were incredible. The food was spot on and they were fabulous hosts. Having them cook in our kitchen, I have gained an appreciation for how much work goes into great dishes. We have already booked again 🙂 Cheers guys for a wonderful evening.

We decided on the 6 course meal for 8 of us around our dining table. It was restaurant quality. A truly lovely evening from the moment Kevin and Amber arrived they took over the kitchen as if there own. The whole experience was a delight. We will definitely be doing this again. When you have to picnic outside I can totally recommend Beaufort + Co. Chef Kevin Blakeman and his sous chef Amber made surprising a good friend for a belated 50th dinner totally magic. The food was out of this world. Kevin and Amber were incredible. Every course was a work of art and tasted phenomenal. The whole experience could not have been more perfect.

Kevin and his team catered for our afternoon wedding in July. We wanted 100% canapés to create a relaxed atmosphere and Kevin more than delivered. We are self confessed foodies and what he produced was faultless. He spent weeks with us tweaking the menu until we got down to the perfect mixture of flavours. Special dietary requirements weren’t an issue and so many of our guests raved about the food afterwards. I particularly liked the lack of branding in the presentation and his quote was incredibly reasonable for what we received. Can’t recommend him enough! I was lucky to enjoy a 5 course birthday degustation prepared by Blake & with the help of Amber! The food was exquisite, Amber & Blake did a lovely job, they were so pleasant & easy going too. Fab night!!!

Before this last lockdown Kevin catered my 70th birthday and the whole experience was marvellous. From initial contact, conversations about menus, managing a range of dietary requirements from an eclectic crowd of family and friends (which he executed flawlessly) turning up well on time at the venue with great staff, feeding the band without charging me, which I hadn't expected (Nathan Haines Quartet ) lovely energy, fantastic food and clean up was meticulous. We were fortunate enough to have Kevin cater our wedding. From the get go he impressed us, even suggesting an alternative dining style to what we had initially enquired about, this was far more to our style of dining so we ran with it. He was a step ahead of us with everything, offering drinks packages, sorting all of the glassware and bar staff. The food was beautifully presented and tasted divine. Our wedding was full of compliments for Kevin and his team. Cannot recommend him highly enough, he went absolutely above and beyond for us.

Kevin did a long lunch at my home for my 50th birthday. It was amazing! The food was top restaurant quality and beautifully presented. Kevin was friendly and entertaining, yet unobtrusive. There was minimal organisation required on my part and he left the kitchen spotless. It was a unique, really fun experience and great value. I'm sure I will have Kevin back for another event, as will many of my friends.

Chef Kevin gave us a delicious, expertly balanced lunch feast that was designed for us. He considered our preferences and dietary requirements - both coeliac and vegetarian - and gave us a fine-dining meal for two that we quite simply could not get in a restaurant. It was relaxed and friendly and it was lovely to chat with Kevin as he worked. We even woke up the sleeping baby between courses for handover to grandparents! A delightful experience, and I can’t wait to find an excuse to do it again.

A few days ago, I had a birthday party delayed from the year before because of COVID-19. My wife arranged it all and organised Kevin and his highly capable team to cater. The three course buffet was absolutely excellent. I can unreservedly highly recommend Kevin is yo need some catering.

Wow!! What an amazing experience. Lockdown has everyone a bit restless and this was a truly great adventure. I live in Hawaii and couldn’t fly to NZ for my partners birthday. Instead, Chef surprised her for a small intimate home meal with a few friends and I joined virtually. He truly made an unfortunate situation rememberable for everyone. The courses were beautiful and loved by all. He cooks, plates, serves, AND CLEANS. The group loved everything they ate and the birthday girl said it was her best meal ever! I highly recommend Chef Kevin Blakeman.

Kevin was our home catering chef for a dinner of 15 people. The food and service was excellent and made the occasion that much more special. The food was delicious, well presented and extremely tasteful. The service was wonderful with Kevin busy in the kitchen preparing the food, then explaining each dish as it was served, and tidying up the dinner table and kitchen before leaving. I had booked Chef Kevin for my wife's surprise 40th and right from the get go the experience I had with Chef Kevin was fantastic. He was vert accomodating with options and dietary requirements. On the night the chef Kevin provided a type of service level you would expect from a 5 star restaurant but more importantly the food was absolutely amazing. I asked Chef Kevin to make my partner's 50th Birthday Party something special... and he did! It was fantastic. There were seven of us and two of those were the girls who tend to be fussy eaters and usually prefer 'simple' food - so Chef Kevin prepared a very special entrée and mains for the girls which they loved and the adults polished off! Meanwhile, the grown-ups dined on an amazing three course dinner that was out of this world in terms of taste and quality. It was more than I could have hoped for and needless to say the birthday girl was over the moon. The amazing chocolate birthday cake at the end of the dinner was a great way to conclude a stunning meal. If you want something special for a special event or a special someone, then get Chef Kevin involved. You will never regret it. Bon Appetit

Chef Kevin is absolutely fabulous! He cooked the most amazing Christmas lunch for our work Christmas party. There was 7 of us for a sit down 3 course meal. The food was AMAZING - the leftovers kept us going for days! The service was exceptional - he bought everything in and cleaned everything up! Thank you Kevin we’ll book you again!

We engaged Kevin under level 2 Covid conditions and couldn't be happier with our decision. From first contact to the final mop of the kitchen floor, the professionalism was evident - nothing was too much trouble. He guided us through menu options and did a completely separate offering for the vegetarian in the group. The food was sensational - it was obvious in every mouthful that this was his passion - from the freshest prawn entree, to generous serves of lamb & handmade pasta and the dessert selection boxes. The service provided by him and his assistant were unobtrusive and spot on. My kitchen was left pristine, my fridge was full of leftovers (a delightful surprise) and we are still talking about those desserts! If ever you thought of going down this route I couldn't recommend Kevin more highly - you won't be disappointed!

Kevin provided the canapes for our recent party, and his perfectly presented, expertly crafted canapes wowed all present. He provided canapes on a three course basis -cold starters, hot ‘mains’ then finally dessert canapes. All exceptional and all produced with zero fuss or stress. His wonderful wait staff introduced each canape, describing ingredients, and kept our vegan and gluten intolerant guests well fed with seperate, bespoke canapes. We have already booked Kevin to come back to cater for our eldest daughter’s birthday dinner, and can’t wait to see what magic Kevin will create.

Kevin helped make our wedding a success. We meet with Kevin a couple of days prior to the wedding and went over our menu and needs. Kevin was able to also arrange an additional three staff to work the floor and help with all our requirements. Kevin prepared and presented all the food which looked like it had come from a five star restaurant. Not only did Kevin control the kitchen, he became our unofficial wedding coordinator for the big day and his attention to all details was excellent. He solved problems that we didn't even know existed. We couldn't recommend Kevin more highly. He is fantastic! Thank you so much for making sure our special day ran perfectly.

Kevin cooked for a dinner party for 8 at my home. The food was amazing. Tasty and a feast for the eyes as well as the tummy. Kevin and his colleague were great to interact with.
