Reviews of Rainbow's End
A.
NZ only theme park. Can’t believe why we never visited this location up till now. This is a great location for all family fun. They have a seperate area for kid friendly rides. There are 5 main rides and few smaller rides for adults. Staff is friendly and equipments are well looked after. We went there on a Saturday and due to COVID restrictions the place wasn’t too crowded. Would definitely visit this place again

Rainbows end was super fun!
Hadn’t been in years and it all held up so well!
There was a problem with our tickets and we were sent to leave a few times but one of the managers helped us to get in because we came all the way.
Great rides!

Twilight rides... we booked for this as the day is too hit to go on rides, we thought evening would be better. We hardly got into 2 r8des by 8.30 as lines were long. 7.50 most rides were closed off as they had enough people lined up to take them to 8.30pm. I recommend you hook all day ticket so you can make it to more rides and have your money's worth. Cafe was lined up and just getting the food after placing the order took 35 mins.
Rides are a great variety but lines can be Long so plan for the whole Day. I did spot the beautiful sunset there .. best part of my day.

I visited with my two teenage daughters. Due to red traffic light settings it was the quietest I've ever seen the park. It meant no lines and an amazing experience for us - getting on instantly or at most a one cycle wait. It's a great time to visit. Moreover the staff at the park were, without exception, friendly, competent, and welcoming. I could see the work of cleaning and safety planning that has gone on in the background. Great work all at Rainbow's End.

It was fairly quiet and lots of activities and shops were closed, food took ages between orders (they were training new staff) and some rides closed due to rain but overall a fabulous day and very happy kids

Nicer than i expected, the child friendly section is pretty well shielded from wind and rain and there's heaps to do for children. We had a birthday party there for a 4 year old

The only venue I have been to that checks ID AND vaccine pass. Professional from gate entry to all around the park. Even the guys on the go carts went through the rules like it wasn't the 354, 671 time they have said it!! Not many people there and felt so safe. Way to go Rainbows End.... loved it!

Fun experience for a younger audience 5-13 with some rides aimed at a 16-18 audience. To get the most out of this high price point a younger audience is best.

This amusement park just keeps getting better.
Idea is to book in the twilight session, the crowd numbers are controlled and less, this makes it more fun to move around and through the attractions with the queue been alot less.
Great place to loose yourself for a few hours. Would come back anytime
