I ordered a high tea to celebrate my mum's birthday. Jillian always replied promptly and gave us a large selection of menus to choose from that detailed the specific plates. The menu was very well presented and many had unique and appealing themes. We had smaller children at the high tea and Jillian was more than happy to cater to their needs, offering more simple versions of the dishes. On the day, all the food was absolutely exquisite and the delicate cakes and sweets looked delectable. Jillian paid careful attention to each item, ensuring the taste, texture and aesthetic were perfect. She arrived punctually and prepared all the food on plates which was straight forward and easy to arrange on the table. The high tea also came with special equipment (stands, teapot, cups and saucers etc) to make the experience even more elegant and sophisticated. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food which was fresh and flavorsome and incredibly scrumptious! Would definitely order catering with Tall Poppies again.

Jillian and her team stepped up when asked to cater a party at short notice. Tall Poppies' website had all the information we required to select our desired food options. The range was extensive and the feedback we received from guests was positive. From an admin and back end perspective I found Tall Poppies easy to deal with. Quick, clear, concise communication. Food was delivered on time, as expected and well plated. Collection of platters was smooth and seamless. Will definitely use Tall Poppies again.

We booked Jill to cater for our friends baby shower and it was a great success. Everybody raves about the beautiful crockery abs silverware, the table setting looked really good. We choose the ‘Scottish high tea’ and it did not disappoint, the scones were lovely and the caramel shortbread was divine! The sandwiches were lovely and dainty and the display on how they were presented was excellent. Jills communication was really good and it was lovely to meet her. Thank you Jill it all went well and everybody went home happy.

Hi Jillian, thank you again for the wonderful High Tea you curated for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday celebration last Sunday. As you know, we had resigned ourselves to having to delay bringing people together due to the government's lock-down restrictions; so we were incredibly grateful that you were able to step in at such short notice when the restrictions lifted early. My mother-in-law was over the moon and our guests absolutely loved the occasion. It was a tremendous success thanks to you and your team; and I can't recommend you highly enough. Jillian from Tall Poppies provided a variety of delicious canapés for my party. Her communication was excellent and any queries were replied to promptly. She was also very helpful in offering options to meet certain dietary requirements. The canapés were delivered on platters, ready to go and they looked great. Everybody really enjoyed the food. Thanks so much for your professionalism, it was very much appreciated!

Jillian and the team were absolutely fantastic. With all the covid chaos we had a few postponements and they happily rolled with the changes as needed. That together with their amazing menu options we were so glad to have chosen to work with them. 10 out 10 would highly recommend!

Jillian came to our rescue with a late booking for a high tea for 16 people. The communication was simple, prompt and detailed with lots of options to suit our requirements. They were happy to answer the phone, and if you left a message came back promptly. The cakes/ sandwiches were perfect, and so detailed with such a wide selection you could not try them all.The drop off service made it simple, and they were happy for us to drop back the stands/plates and forks. From our experience, I can not recommend Tall Poppies Catering High Teas highly enough.

Jillian and her crew at Tall Poppies were the most amazing caterers ever. We had a high tea party style wedding on 3rd March 2018, and people continue to rave about the food that was served. The presentation, the quality, and the service was impeccable and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing catering. We had food served for 100 guests and we also rented the use of royal albert trios, tea cups, cutlery, and champagne saucers for toasts.
