Discovered these guys at Brewaucracy (food truck Saturdays) a few times now, and every time has been great. Menu is always changing, but the quality and flavour is consistently great.

Kai Creative had a food cart at a recent event at Tū Tonu in Hamilton. As volunteers for the event, we ate from the Kai Creative menu and ordered a range of dishes. I ate the Smoked Brisket. It was tasty and good portion size. I also had a side of creamed pāua - the fried bread was to die for! I also tried the pulled prok which I enjoyed. Over all, I was very impressed with the kai and have recommended Kai Creative for future catering through my workplace.
