Ferran made me look like I was a master event planner. Great communication. No fuss. Efficient. My guests loved having paella. All 160 of them (kids included). It was a first time for many. Having the entire menu gluten free meant a lot too. Ferran was very accommodating and thoughtful. There is a lot of detail that goes into his food prep and it really was beautiful. Fab presentation. A big big recommend. Thanks for a job well done Ferran! We made a great team.

We celebrated our 10 years wedding anniversary and Ferran has been amazing for our guests. Everyone loved it and the Paella is the exact same taste you'll find in Spain. i highly recommend Paella Catering NZ to anyone who need an original idea for eating and very easy to organise.

Wow Ferran was fantastic to deal with. He travelled to Rotorua to cater for our group of 30 and everyone loved his Paella dishes and he entertained us with his cooking.
