Doubly Thyme Catering provide a professional and friendly service alongside exceptional quality and delicious food. They recently catered an intimate dinner at a private residence for my clients and we had such rave reviews. Their team were warm and helpful but also respectful with the current Covid-19 climate and additional H&S requirements. No request was too much and they hosted dinner wonderfully. It's always a delight to work with you, Rach & Paula and team. Thank you again! :)

The lovely Rach & Paula catered our wedding - the champagne toast, canapes, meals, dessert and bar service! The food was IN-CRED-IBLE, the service above and beyond. I honestly wish I could go back and eat all the food again. Our day ran so smoothly thanks to them! From the start they were both prompt and easy to deal with, nothing was ever an issue to them! I cannot recommend Double Thyme enough to cater for your event, they are truely an amazing team and know how to cook a damn good meal!

Double Thyme Catering recently not only catered our wedding, but assisted in all aspects of wedding planning for our big day. Organising the wedding from another part of the country was an absolute breeze with Rach & Paula on board, they were incredibly responsive, helped with multitudes of suggestions and on the day, took care of ourselves and our guests with such professionalism. The food was beautiful, we had a walk & fork afternoon celebration and the food just kept coming, no one went hungry and they catered for all dietary requirements. The team were attentive and ensured everyone was topped up with drinks and no request was too much trouble. Knowing we could leave the venue and the DT team had all the cleanup and returns in hand was exactly what we needed. I could not recommend Rach & Paula enough and will most certainly be checking in with them if I am lucky enough to hold another function in QT.

Double Thyme recently catered our wedding at NZ High Country. From the very first moment we met with Rachel and Paula we knew they had everything under control! They have so much knowledge of weddings and the processes, so there's no surprise that everything ran like clockwork. They were great at including our ideas and suggesting things we wouldn't even think of. They really went the extra mile like creating a bridal basket so we wouldn't miss the canapés while we were taking photos. Every single guest was thought of and every dietary need provided for. The servers were all lovely and very professional. And of course the food was absolutely amazing!! If there was one thing our guests are still raving about it is the food. There was a fantastic menu to choose from and even narrowing this down was hard because it all sounded divine. They had an outstanding eye for detail and everything not only looked incredible but tasted it too. I would 100% recommend hiring Double Thyme for any of your future catering needs!

Rach and Paula were absolutely fabulous to work with, right from the get-go. They catered our wedding "Walk and Fork Style" (approx 70 people) and everything flowed absolutely seemlessly. We had so many comments from people about how delicious the food was, how great the staff were, and how the quantities were excellent! Also the cheese rolls at the end of the night were a HUGE hit! Thanks to both of you and your amazing staff for being such an integral part of our day - it was so lovely being able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was in good hands!

Still day dreaming of how epic our wedding day was and Rach and Paula were such a big part of that. From the start they were so flexible to cater for our budget, ensured we had everything we needed with hire items and THE FOOD! SO GOOD! Double Thyme Catering recently catered our wedding in Queenstown. I cannot speak highly enough of their service! The food was AMAZING! So delicious and great flavour combinations, my mother in law is a total foody and she was so impressed with the food. Rach and Paula were fantastic to deal with right from the very start, easy to talk to and really listened to what we had to say, it was great. The staff that worked at the wedding were also an absolute delight, they made the day run so smoothly, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Paula and Rachel were beyond amazing! As Australians getting married in New Zealand, we were up for a bit of a challenge with organising vendors and getting everything sorted from across the ditch, and they made everything SO easy. From meeting us 9 months in advance at the property to get a feel for the place and how to run the reception, to helping us sort out random bits and pieces, organising delivery of tables and chairs, everything was just seamless. Then on the day of the wedding when we were short on alcohol, they just got it fixed within a heartbeat and the we were hardly the wiser. All the staff Rachel and Paula had working at our reception were so lovely, our glasses were never empty and there wasn't a single moment of delay. Then there's the food! We're foody people and a good meal was incredibly important to us. We had breads and oils to start with which was so fresh and inviting when guests arrived at the reception. Then for mains we had chicken and lamb dish, both were cooked to perfection. Dessert was exquisite and people were basically licking their plates. Then to see us through the big party that was the rest of the night, they created a stunning grazing table which was a great highlight and something a little different. I couldn't recommend Double Thyme more highly, they hit the nail on the head with every single thing, helped made our day so carefree and everyone was raving about the food. Thank you ladies!

The food was incredible and we are still getting feedback from our guests on how delicious everything was. Toughest decision you will have to make with these guys is trying to narrow down their menu. The canapés were definitely a hit! I am so thankful to them for making our day amazing and for the set up and take down after the wedding.
