I have found Andrew to be my "go to guy" for all our functions. He knows his stuff and makes it easy to focus on the other important issues when hosting a function. Food is great, service is great nothing is ever too small or too big for him to organise. I have absolutely no problem recommending Andrew and the team at Design Cuisine.
