N.Used the difference for catering our wedding and could not recommend them enough. The food was divine, but importantly the service was beyond our expectations and for a truly reasonable price. Have not had food this good in most restaurants, let alone catered
C.Philip is a food and wine genius. He has been catering for us for ten years now. The format is a four course dinner matched with wines, we choose the wines and Philip will create the menu. He has got it right every time, our guests often say that it's the best meal they have ever had. Once we had a vertical of Coleraines and one of the courses Philip came up with was salmon (uncooked); sacrilege you may say but guess what, it worked! I have no hesitation in recommending Philip and Stephanie for your catering needs and am looking forward to my next experience with Philip, I am still tasting the Pear Tartin with blue cheese and caramelised chocolate from the last time.
A.I recently hosted a sit down lunch for 40 guests and used The Difference Catering Company. They made the planning easy and were not phased when I needed to switch the venue a few days before the event. The staff were professional and they knew what to do with minimal input from me, while the quality and presentation of the food was superb. Thank you Stephanie and the team.
