Food Envy provided a drinks service and canapes at our daughter's wedding. Gorgeous food, lovely attentive staff, with a discreet and professional service, who went out of their way to make sure the day ran smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We engaged Food Envy to cater 2 very different events, an 80th and a 50th. The food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. All the guests loved it. For the 80th, we had a buffet lunch. The food was perfect for the guests, a classic braised beef and salads lunch. For the 50th, we had over 100 guests and went for the build your own tacos option. This was great as it meant people could help themselves over the evening. It was also a good option for our budget! Food Envy provided a way to keep the food warm at our request. The vege option of spicy roast cauliflower was a hit. I would really recommend the fantastic service from this company. They were responsive, informative and polite. Access to our place was really tricky but they took it in their stride. I am so happy we went with Food Envy!

I used Food Envy for my wedding and the catering was PHENOMONAL. It wasn't just the mouth-watering food and drinks that made the catering 5-stars (I'd recommend the Moroccan chicken thighs and slow braised beef - our guests LOVED them; the bespoke mocktail was also a hit), it was the level of professionalism. Lucy and Taz were amazing, went over and above to make the process super smooth, and were able to adjust our schedule/requirements as needed on the day to accommodate us. I wouldn't want to use any other catering company after this - Food Envy is fantastic; I can guarantee the catering will be the standout of any occasion :) Thank you Food Envy!!

Every single aspect of my engagement with Food Envy was a pleasure. The communication was flawless - prompt and friendly. They went above and beyond with very short notice. I've been working with Food Envy as a business partner for over half a year, pretty much since they opened their front pop-up space. I do my fermentation classes there once a month and I absolutely love it. They are amazing people, super reliable, always on the ball, open to new ideas and easy to work with. Plus they have the most amazing kitchen! Highly recommend them :)

We used Food Envy for the Young Enterprise Scheme's first Alumni Awards at the Public Trust Hall. We made a lot of changes last minute and Food Envy were very responsive, understanding and professional. The canapes were delicious and the perfect size. They also managed to source specific drink requests at late notice. They organised nibbles to cater for all different dietaries. All of the staff serving were very professional and kind. Can't wait to use them again and keep using them for as many events as possible. Thank you Food Envy, we loved using you!!

We had recently ordered catering from Food Envy for my mothers 65th birthday and we were inundated with compliments to the Food Envy catering from all the guests. So much left over, that all our guest happily left with a few bits here and there. Miso glazed Salmon - the star of the catering! So beautifully cooked, good hearty portions, crispy skin was delicious and a joy to eat. Banana Leaf wrapped fish - OMG! so so flavoursome and delicious. The Morrocan Chicken - so moist and tender, kept its flavour and tenderness the day after. Braised Beef - So flavoursome and came apart so effortlessly. Brocolini Salad - the favourite, so fresh, beautiful crunch and sweetness with the currants. loved it! Desserts - Choc mousse & crumble, so gorgeously plated and delicious. So highly recommended! and will be using for future family events.

Lucy and the crew are wonderful to work with. They made the night a breeze for me; I didn't have to worry about a thing, and afterwards all my guests raved about the food (especially those who got to take the leftovers home in the containers Food Envy provided). I highly recommend Food Envy for their professionalism, their friendliness, and, of course, their food!

A big THANK YOU to the team at Food Envy for the delivery of the DELICIOUS food on Saturday. The food was delivered on time and warm as requested with dishes labeled for our gluten intolerant family members. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their lunch and commented on the generous servings, best beef they had tasted, Fantastic they cried! A bonus they loved taking home the leftovers to enjoy later. I would thoroughly recommend using Food Envy a very professional local family business.

We asked Food envy to create us a mushroom themed dinner for 12 people, and they delivered beyond our expectations! It was fantastic, everything was well thought out, great portions, and the food tasted fantastic! We picked up the food on Friday and the party was for Saturday, the team at food envy had prepped all the meals for us, and provided us with clear cut instructions on how to cook it all. The cooking on our part went through without a hitch due to the instructions provided. We highly recommend food envy to anybody who is willing to host dinner parties.

I recently used Food Envy to cater a three day film shoot and was absolutely impressed. For long shoot days in winter you need substantial food and their food was amazing. They could work within our budget and deliver hot meals and their service was incredible. I also appreciated that they could deliver in large family style dished as opposed to single serve packaging as I like to reduce waste as much as possible. Highly recommend and will totally use again.

Recently used the services of Food Envy for a sporting trip to Wellington. The admin staff were great to deal with during the lead up to the tournament. All our queries and requirements were accommodated for. The servings for each dinner was very generous and quality was excellent. If they can please a group of 12 year old girls then they can please anyone. Thank you.

Great service. The delivery men were very friendly and helped with setting the plates out on the tables. All of the food came with labels advising what it was and whether it was Halal, Vegeterian or Gluten Free which helped our staff members. The food portions were very generous as well as packed full of flavour. One of the best parts of Food Envy was that the food was delivered hot so that you didn't need to spend 30 minutes heating everything up before hand. Another bonus was the online invoice where you can pay via credit card, very handy indeed! Quality food and quality service. Would highly recommend!

Thank you so much for catering our work Christmas function! Their team were so flexible and went out of their way to make us a custom menu that worked well for our office budget and dietary needs. The range of food they offered to us was excellent considering our budget! They were so easy to communicate with and replied to emails so quickly, so everything was really quick and easy to organise. The food was fresh, and the delivery staff were on time, friendly. The food definitely kept my officemates full and happy. Honestly couldn’t ask for more :)

We really enjoyed working with Food Envy for our international tennis event. Communication was excellent, nothing was a problem at all including some particular dietary requirements...and of course the food was first class! Thoroughly recommended.
