N.We had our wedding with NOSH. From the get go, Rachel (our event manager) knew exactly what she was doing and did everything to make our lives easier. They went above and beyond from setting up to packing down. NOSH even made up a custom menu after asking for something that took into account of both our heritage. Everyone loved the food, selection of drinks and service. I wish we ate more! Every staff member on the day/night was friendly and professional and everything ran smoothly. We can't recommend them enough for any catering/event needs! :)
B.NOSH did the catering for our wedding just gone and I cannot praise them enough! They were amazing from day one of requesting a quote, all the way through to the service they provided on the night. The food was absolutely divine and a big hit amongst everyone! All of their team was absolutely incredible to deal with, they were very efficient with everything they did always going the extra mile. Special thanks to Rachel for helping us with the planning and making sure everything ran super smoothly, and a special thanks to Ash, one of the servers on the night as he was exceptional!
R.This was my first time having a catered Christmas lunch and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was delicious and portions were just right for us. It was easy to put together with great instructions. There were lovely garnishes. Communication was great and Nosh was really organized on pick up day. A.Nosh catered for our wedding in Feb 2022. Their service was outstanding. The staff ensured that all our guest were happy. Even handing out cold water to sweaty guests who were dancing their hearts out on the dance floor. People still continue to rave about the delicious canapés and main meals. We were very impressed and highly recommend them to cater any event you are after.
A.Christmas was a dream! The ordering, collection, and preparation was super simple. The Nosh staff ran the collection like a German Train Station. We were in and out in minutes - no waiting around at all. And such a merry bunch of helpers! We had Christmas wrapped up and done on Christmas Eve in an hour: collect the box, buy some alcohol on the way home: done. And the food on the day was superb with plenty of leftovers for the next few days. We would normally get some kind of Food Bag, but the preparation and cooking the day before and on the day was terribly time consuming. The Nosh catering box meant we could ALL relax and enjoy Christmas with no one needing to spend the day in the kitchen. Now that is what Christmas is all about!!! Sign us up for next year!! Five star food, and fantastic value for money.
H.Amelia and the team are amazing! They ran our wedding for us at NZ Portrait Gallery. They managed to do a smooth pack in a tight tame frame and made everyone's lives so easy. The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the team at Nosh!
P.All of the above. Everything went without a hitch and the food was fresh and tasty. We were a group of 8 (we had two boxes) all adults and there was plenty of food, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the amount of lamb, some portions were larger than others and while there was enough several of the men would have preferred more lamb and less ham. We also ordered the Christmas Pies which were delicious. Everyone agreed this was the way to do Christmas no one in the kitchen for too long and we will be ordering again next year.
L.We ordered food for our office Christmas party. Easy to order, with a wide selection to choose from - hardest part was deciding which items to get. The order arrived on time and hot, ready to go out. The food was really tasty - the sweet treats platter was especially popular! The dishes were picked up promptly the next day. We would happily order from Nosh again.

C.I engaged NOSH to cater for a birthday celebration. We opted for "family style" service rather than a buffet so the food was served to tables of five or six. The guests shared it out between them. This was the best decision - it helped to foster the sense of a family dinner that I was hoping to create. That's something potentially hard to achieve with around 80 people in the room! Amelia and her team were superb from start to finish. Communication was responsive and clear, the food was absolutely excellent, the staff were professional, helpful and unobtrusive. j.Nosh catered our wedding at The Milk Station back in October and I cannot fault a thing! Amelia and her team totally nailed the food, the set up, the service - everything was spot on. We had SO many compliments, not only on the food (which was divine) but also how professional, friendly and classy the service was. Nothing was a problem, Amelia dealt with my thousand and one scatter-brained emails like a champ and pulled out the most amazing set up on the day.

Right from the start of the evening Tandia & Ruby took control of the food & drinks ensuring all guests were taken care of. John ( the chef) produced amazing tasting canapes that were a hit with all of my guests. The team were in regular communication with me throughout the evening making sure I was updated on progress and kept me informed of anything I needed to be aware of. At the end of the evening they tidied up, even doing the dishes and restocking the glasses, leaving the kitchen exactly how they found it. Their catering and service was a key attribute to a hugely successful function! Would thoroughly recommend Nosh to anyone considering using their services!

V.We have just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and Nosh catered for us at my daughter's house.
They were wonderful! From the first emails arranging dates etc and their prompt follow ups with suggested menus through to meetings at my daughter's house. There we were helped to look through and choose from the most wonderful selection of food. Everything was discussed and they made everything so easy.
The night itself was amazing. Super efficient staff, delicious food and nothing was a bother to the staff as they negotiated a crowded room with delicious delicacies.
This is the third time we have used Nosh and they just seem to get better and better .
My phone has never stopped this morning with friends praising the food and admiring the terrific staff.

L.Amelia and the team at Nosh were absolutely outstanding. They catered our wedding for 150 and made it look easy. From the outset we were very impressed with Nosh, they helped us not only with the planning of the menu, but also the timings on the day, making everything so easy for us. Leading up to the wedding they were always responsive and provided us with so much great advice.
Most importantly, the food on the day was delicious - just what you want the food to be! Many of our guests commented on how great the food was (even the hard to please ones). We loved every dish Nosh served at the wedding, they all lived up to our expectations. We wish we could go back and eat it all over again.
The service from Nosh on the day was also brilliant. The food service was well run on the day and the wait staff were all very friendly and attentive (guests commented on how great the staff were as well).

F.I order from this company on the Sunday before my last minute event on Tuesday. They were wonderful, very responsive and made it super easy for me. The cheese and meat platers I ordered were enjoyed by all who attended.

C.A great experience from start to finish - I made contact via the website and got a quick response, was delighted to see that gluten free options seemed to be standard, and was able to organise just what I wanted from a range of menu options. The food was delivered promptly and on time, and the portion sizes were perfect. Presentation was excellent and last but not least - all was delicious, as well as being very healthy food. H.Nosh catered for our daughter’s 21st birthday at home. Actually they did everything - provided delicious food and drink, staff and managed the whole evening so we could enjoy ourselves. The catering was superb and there were many hand made touches, all freshly prepared in our kitchen. Also they happily accommodated eating preferences and allergies. I’ll be calling them next time for sure.

I surprised them with a fair few last minute requests for a function that was already last minute and Amelia and the team went above and beyond to ensure that the event was a success. A.Nosh did our wedding at Anam Cara Gardens.
We had the family style buffet, a nice touch for our guests to enjoy a nice mix of formal but not so formal dinning experience. The most loved dish was the scotch fillet/penne pasta combo! We recieved multiple compliments on the grazing table, the guests finished it completely - well done to the team! Food came out right on time and service staff were well mannered and accomodating.
Rose was in control on the day, very profressional and experienced. She handled the night with ease. Would definitely use Nosh again, the service, food and communication was all prompt and professional and I'm sure others will experience the same too.
C.Nosh are INCREDIBLE. I rung Amelia with a short 2 1/2 months notice before my wedding and she was amazing, so easy to deal with, and provided the best food & customer service i could of asked for. She is so experienced in this area, and made the process seamless. We met up a few times before the wedding ( Amelia always met me close to my work and on my lunch break to make things easiest for me) and organised everything to do with food, and gave me lots of help and advice when it came to numbers of drinks, table layouts, and SO. much.more!! She was so quick to reply to my emails and all my questions too!
On the day Nosh arrived and set up and did an outstanding job. Our guests madly raved about the food! especially the crispy potatoes and pot roasted chicken! The whole team fit into the wedding like a glove and served all our alcohol for the night, and just made everything work around US! They lit all the 100 candles at the venue, helped set up the tables, set up the cake, ran a bar inside and outside the venue, provided delicious platters ( for all kinds of dietary requirements) and we just felt super at ease with them all being there!! Would 110% recommend Nosh to anyone!

The food was incredible and they catered for all the different diets we required. The bar staff and bar set up was awesome and after the wedding, they cleaned up amazingly well and took care of everything with no fuss.

A.Where do I begin! Mandy from Nosh organised our wedding catering and everything was absolutely stunning! We got the mandarin package which our guests loved! The chicken was cooked sooo beautifully and the steak was perfect. Everyone loved the salads as well. We are still getting compliments on the catering. What I think sets nosh apart from the rest though is that it wasn’t just catering with them. Mandy and her team helped set the tables up, ran the bar and just helped make the whole evening run smoothly (dimming the lights at appropriate moments, cleaning up). We were just overwhelmed with how everything turned out and credit a lot of to Nosh! Would HIGHLY recommend them!

P.Nosh did the catering for our celebration in August 2014 and it was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by many of our family, friends, colleagues and us. We had many positive comments and feedback about the catering, exceptional food and staff .
The staff were excellent and very professional and outstanding, They went out of their way to cater for all our needs with no problems.
Two food items that were highly recommended by our guests were the Roasted baby potatoes with portobello mushroom and the Raspberry and white chocolate mousse in a chocolate cup !!!!

I.Mandy and the team at Nosh provided catering for our wedding on April 14th and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The food was just phenomenal, and the service was next to none. I work in customer services myself and the level of attention to detail this team gave was just phenomenal (I wanted to steal them!!). The place looked great and they took care of all hireage of items.
Communication was always fantastic, and so assuring as we organised our wedding from the UK.
I would without a doubt recommend the Nosh team for any and all of your catering needs, and will certainly be using them again when we return to NZ!

V.Nosh provided catering for our wedding and was absolutely spectacular. The food was exceptional - honestly the best food I have ever eaten at a wedding, and the family-style buffet was perfect for serving everyone in a comfortable and relaxed way. P.Nosh catered for a party at our home. The staff were friendly, yet unobtrusive and super efficient. The food was outstanding, and kept flowing at the perfect pace. Nothing was too much bother. The needs of our gluten free and vegetarian guests (as well as the carnivores) were met without fuss. We had so many positive comments about both the quality of the food and the service that I have lost count . . . one guest rang to say that it was the best catered party he had ever been to. Needless to say, we will be coming back to Nosh as soon as we can find another excuse for a party!
K.Nosh catered my wedding of 70 guests at the Island Bay surf club, and even with such a tiny domestic kitchen to work from we got nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests about how fantastic the food was, as well as how wonderful the service was from the wait staff. Amelia was a delight to work with, arranging everything from hire equipment to helping us work out a timeline for the event, helping the whole wedding to run seamlessly right from setting up before the ceremony till cleaning up after we went home. L.Nosh provided morning tea and lunches at an event held in our offices over a couple of days. The food was delivered on time and to such a high standard. It was quite difficult to choose the items for each day as there were plenty of options. The food that we did pick was just delicious and I had plenty of attendees complimenting on the quality and tastiness. It was a pleasure dealing with Nosh and we will certainly be back. M.Nosh catered our wedding in December 2014 and we would highly recommend them for anyone looking around trying to work out the best scheme for their wedding. We hired a venue that we really liked, and Nosh organised the food and hire equipment. Kate from Nosh, was excellent to work with, and took care of a lot of the details which was great in what can be a stressful lead up to the event itself.
The food was superb, plentiful and very nicely presented. The waiting staff were wonderful, with one of our guests describing them as 'unbelievable'. For example, they knew everyone's drinks, and were attentive without being intrusive in any way.

J.I engaged NOSH to cater canape food for my 60th Birthday. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to all my queries. NOSH suggested a completely gluten free/walnut free range of canapes that we could heat and serve ourselves. They came on trays ready to heat, and serving platters and serviettes were included. Many attendees have since commented on the delicious tasting food and the flavors used. Even better neither of the two coeliac's present felt ill afterwards.
I highly recommend NOSH for great tasting food and top-notch, no fuss service and attention to detail.
R.The organisation I work for regularly holds meetings which require lunches - we have trialled several different catering companies in Wellington over the years and none of them have been as good as Nosh.
Why is Nosh so great? Many reasons: Ordering is simple, their menus are delicious, they can cater for any weird and wonderful dietary requirement you can think of, they always deliver food hot (and on time) and their staff are absolutely lovely.
I have only ever heard positive feedback from committee members on the food ordered from Nosh - one member even remarked that he wished Nosh was available in Auckland!

S.Nosh became the immediate front runner to cater our wedding because of the personable and genuine communication we originally had. Planning a wedding is pretty daunting, and Kate made us feel so at ease and comfortable that everything was under control from the get go.
We were offered the option of tasting their food, which we jumped at and not only was the food perfect when it arrived- it was delivered to our door on a wet and cold stormy night!
Communication was always clear and precise and nothing was too much of an ask. They worked amazingly well with our other vendors and we did not have to worry about a thing - we were able to truly just enjoy our day.
Every single guest of ours commented on how amazing the food was, (some even followed the waiters around for seconds!), no dietary request was too much and everyone felt extremely comfortable with their staff. The fact that Kate approached my Nana who can't get around too well anymore to ask what she would like from the buffet so that she could make up a plate for her was so touching. They really had everyones needs covered, without question.
I really cannot rave about them enough, there were so many little things they did to make our day run so smoothly and we are so thankful!

l.As soon as we started planning our wedding I knew I wanted Nosh to do the catering.
They made the planning stage an absolute piece of cake. Both Mandy and Zac were absolute legends in being there to answer any questions we had & to give us their opinions on what they thought might work best. They were incredibly professional and diligent.
On the day they turned up bang on time which is something that puts you at ease on such a high stress day. All the staff constantly busy making sure everything ran smoothly. They kept the venue completely spik and span thought the whole day and discreetly disappeared when it was time for speeches. It’s all those finer details that make a huge difference.
The food was amazing and went down so well with our guests that they couldn’t stop raving about it. The lamb burgers were a highlight!

M.Nosh is my go-to caterer when organizing corporate events and meetings. I have worked with a large number of different providers and Nosh are stand out in their efficiency and timeliness, in their range and most importantly the food itself is delicious!
We have a number of staff/guests with special dietary requirements and they have lots of options to cater for those needs. They also provide menus on the day of delivery so I don't have field a million questions about what is what and what contains what allergens.
I'd definitely recommend Nosh to others who plan events both large and small.

On the day, they really stepped up. There was more than enough food for everyone, and all our guests were raving about how good the food were. They even took the time to try and get some canapés out to our bridal party which was a nice touch and always made sure we were all fed! Staff were very attentive filling drinks and walking around.

A.Amelia, Caia and the team from Nosh did a wonderful job at catering our work Christmas Party. Caia and the team on the night were all very professional and very lovely to deal with, I didn't have to worry about anything as it all was in the very capable hands of Caia and her team. The food was absolutely delicious as always, especially the Roast Chicken on sage and onion stuffing with cranberry jam and crispy bacon, one of my faves! Nosh are a one stop shop - not only just catering but hiring equipment, decorations, dealing with venues, setting up and cleaning up afterwards! This is why we also use Nosh as a preferred catering supplier for all our functions and events as we know we will always get great service, a prompt response and a vast range of delicious foods for all palates.

P.We used Nosh for catering our Wedding and they went above and beyond in terms of preparations, food and service.
Preparations: We dealt with Mandy and she really put in a lot of her personal time to help us make the day special and stress free. She also personnaly supervised the day which was something we didn't expect and turned out to be an added extra as we had been dealing with her prior to the event so she knew exactly what we wanted on the day. Don't expect this from all event organizers as this is a separate job from the supervisor on the day so we really appreciated it!
Service: Can't say too much on the service we were mostly busy (as you can imagine) but this a good thing because good service doesn't mean it's constantly in your face but is always happening around you without noticing which is very professional. The only thing I could really pick on was speed of serving lunch however with the number of servers doing this (we were cheap haha) , what can you expect.
Me and my wife were very specific but little things like Nosh placing an ice bucket with champagne at our table was not discussed and this and other little things make the day extra special : )
At the end of the day they packed all the leftovers for us to take home....(insert gluttonous face here)
Food: The food was great! presentation is something that we found other catering companies lacked (from website photos) however Nosh takes extra care in this and for a wedding flavor and presentation both need to be of a high standard. In the end we didn't get to try everything but most of it was great and lived up to our expectations.
*Unrelated but we also have Nosh cater to our work and their sausage roll's are awesome! the.best.rolls.ever. I would have got them for the wedding if I wouldn't be shamed at. haha

P.I've used NOSH Catering for almost two years, they provide a an amazing service and excellent food, everyone is always happy when their catering arrives. They do get busy, so I recommend booking at least a week before you need them, I won't use anyone else in Wellington.
