Updated from recent visit: (Just realized I gave a 1 star review 3 years ago at bottom part) Anyway the in-store experience on a recent visit is satisfactory, the lady staff named Erin (if not mistaken) is informative to my queries and patiently search for a new number that I am favour of. Downside is the App to activate the new number, never worked to send me verify code to my email after multiple tries from afternoon to evening. Hopefully next day will work. ============= was there when there are 3 ladies staffs on duty, and a few persons waiting. 2 of the staffs (above mid-age and mid-20s) doesn't make me feel welcome at all, from their tone and facial expression. The elder one asked "who's next?" with a serious face and no eye contact and went to serve the customer before me. The younger one after finished with the previous customer, had a heavy sigh and then saw I was waiting, so I expect she'd great and approach me (cause there's no other customer), NO SHE DIDN'T. She went involve in the elder staff who's dealing with the customer, until I have to voice out to grab her attention first. Hope the management take note of such attitude. Thanks.
