Hoping to balance out the bad reviews with a good one - Bhushan helped me switch over from prepay to pay monthly, and he was fantastic. Salt of the earth. I love 2degrees and how they brought fairness to the NZ mobile phone market. Because of them we have competitive pricing and an end to the oligopolistic advantage taken previously. I love their customer service too, they always seem ready to go the extra mile for you.

Wonderful service from Gopal tonight, he worked through our issue with setting up data on a new sim (traveller from Australia) that we couldn't get working all day. He was very polite, calm, and helpful, fixing the problem by working systematically through steps, which took all our frustrations away. Way to go 2 degrees, you have an excellent staff member in Gopal.

I visited them as a customer as part of a market survey. I enjoyed my visit and was rewarded for my feedback with some money. Been with them for years now. Really like their prices (cheap). I personally have only had one problem with them which was fixed with a phone call.
