B.Fantastic service, lovely helpful people, I just got a screen replaced but cheapest around fast and efficient.
T.I have now bought 3 items from Dextech. Two Iphones and one Ipad. There service is fabulous. They have also always been happy to help me out with technical questions (probably silly ones). I have had no issues with any of the devices. All in next to perfect condition. I recommend them to everyone that I can, that want to buy new devices. I cannot recommend them more!

X.Super quick delivery (overnight) and phone in great physical condition. When I contacted them for a battery issue, they sent a courier round to collect it within 2 hours, fixed it and returned it within the week. So impressed with the service, responsiveness and value - thanks guys :)
a.At first I received a faulty tablet. I was mad. BUT THEN when I communicated this with the management team through email they were so fast at communication with every email I sent, it didn’t take them long to respond, they were efficient with finding me another one and were so kind with the situation.
In the midst of all this stress within the covid19 they were really excellent with communication. I just received my new tablet and it’s perfect. No faults. In great condition.
Now my son can have his tablet and I’m one happy momma.
N.Dextech was incredibly helpful and supportive. Their response time and communication was quick, efficient and they didn’t drop the ball once.
They serviced and/or replaced my product each time I had any problem with it with no hesitation and even upgraded me free of charge.
