I have now bought 3 items from Dextech. Two Iphones and one Ipad. There service is fabulous. They have also always been happy to help me out with technical questions (probably silly ones). Super quick delivery (overnight) and phone in great physical condition. When I contacted them for a battery issue, they sent a courier round to collect it within 2 hours, fixed it and returned it within the week. So impressed with the service, responsiveness and value - thanks guys :)

At first I received a faulty tablet. I was mad. BUT THEN when I communicated this with the management team through email they were so fast at communication with every email I sent, it didn’t take them long to respond, they were efficient with finding me another one and were so kind with the situation. In the midst of all this stress within the covid19 they were really excellent with communication. I just received my new tablet and it’s perfect. No faults. In great condition. Now my son can have his tablet and I’m one happy momma.
