M.I highly recommend this place. I took my dead, salt water damaged phone here for a second opinion after another store told me it would require replacing the processor. A.When I asked for a quote they asked me to come in for a free inspection which is very good. Last place I went to they inspected and it cost. When I went in I was greeted by a friendly, funny worker who told me and my friend to wait for 30mins to do the free inspection. When we came back he gave options on how to fix it with the price of each and a time it would be done by. All in all the service took 3 hours with them working on my and my friend's phone. They were amazing start to finish. Would definitely go there again for a fix 😊😊😊
P.After suffering a bit of a mishap in the sea which resulted in my Iphone copping a load of seawater paid these guys a visit as i had previous dealings and they have always done a smashing job.
The same applied here- i handed the phone in for free inspection in the morning , got an assessment as to the nature of the water damage back within a couple of hours and phone was fixed and returned by end of the day.
Got a free loan phone to see me through the day and the work itself was done at a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time that it would have had i went through Apple themselves.

A.Outstanding service! My phone had water damaged on Christmas Eve, the screen was black and not responding. It took them only an hour to repair my phone, change the screen and add a screen protector. All of it for a really good price! Always a pleasure to deal with these guys, I can't recommend them enough. Absolute legends!

They did a complete overhaul of my Nintendo Switch (new chassis, LCD screen, digitiser, joycon rails and shells....) for a great price and the professionalism was second to none - hands down the best I have ever experienced. M.There heaps of phone repair shops in Auckland. The semi-pro, the wannabes, the amateurs, Dr iDeath,etc. The real professional for phone repair is hard to find, almost like hiring for a unicorn!
Our family members had been using the professional service of Dr Mobiles Limited since late February, 2011. I remember we had our iPhone 3GS, 4 and iPad damaged during the Christchurch Earthquake on 22nd February, 2011. After returning safely to Auckland, we literary searched the entire Auckland to repair our devices. By sheer luck we bumped into Dr Mobiles Limited on Huron Street, Takapuna.
Any way, we want to say a big Thank You to Rafael and their professional staff for repairing my daughter’s Apple iPhone XS today. The poor daughter thought that it is the end of the world as her iPhone XS suffered severe impact damage. The repair was done promptly and the price is reasonable (from our past experience we know Dr Mobiles Limited do not use recycle screens or five grade parts for their repair).
One thing I notice is that Dr Mibiles Limited deliver results while other deliver tons of fail promises! Besides that, they listen to the customer, talk to client in plain and concise language (no big tech words to make you feel silly or lost)
If you are down and feel sad; a chap at Dr Mobiles Limited might be able to cheer you up a bit with some jokes and pump you up with some positive energy!

I remember back in 2013. Dr Mobiles Limited won the only award for Best Customer Service from Takapuna Beach Associate by open online voting (base on actual sales record and receipt). This mean, Dr Mobiles Limited beats all the big brand retailers in the Takapuna Westfield Mall!!
Tragedy happened in January 2019, Dr Mobiles Limited was one of the victim of ram raid. Luckily they are insured; clear up the mess and soldier on! This challenge seems to make them stronger and still deliver excellent repair service! We have passed the word around to shore up more business support for this legendary Tech Guys!
We will give you our undying support, Dr Mobiles Lumited! All our mates, church members and family members goes to no where but you for insurance claim report, phone unlock, computer repair and data recovery service.

The previous repair dude had used cheap recycle screen, never put back the metal battery shielding (which caused the damage of my internal battery) and two missing screws! J.My Galaxy s6 suffered some water damage. The first attempt at repair seemed to work at first but I think after a few weeks slow corrosion got the better of the situation. Rafael and team were brilliant, refunded the original costs and I upgraded to a S7 refurbished by Dr Mobiles at a great price. Excellent all round - would highly recommend and definitely would use them again if the need arises.

L.First time visiting this repair centre after reading excellent service reviews. A quick call with some enquiries gave me a good feeling that they love what they do and are sincere and reliable.
Brought my son's Apple iPhone 7 to be examined as the screen was cracked by accident. We have it repaired in Australia recently, the screen was recycle grade (thus cheap $89 repair)and we got a lemon offered by "iExpert" or "iDeath" type of repair shop.
Rafael and his team members were extremely helpful and listen to the need of their clients. Our iPhone 7 was replaced with a premium grade parts at reasonable price.
More importantly their attitude, personalities and customer service were very good. Now we know why most of my mates refer families and friends to get their tablets or Apple iPhones to be repaired by Dr Mobiles Limited.

C.I purchased my iPhone Xs' few days ago at Vodafone Auckland City and have decided to come to Dr Mobiles for further support on physical care of the phone. Gary and Rafael, and the team suggested to have a screen protector to protect the phone's screen, as well as a military grade iPhone's Xs' tough protective casing. Rafael stated the superior quality of the phone's cover case' that is 'drop-proof' and most of all the phone is water proof, which means if I use it in the rain, I will be all good. I purchased both this protector and the case for $250 due to the entire physical protection if in case I drop the phone. If I did not buy the protection, I would be spending at least $500 till the cows come home. I recommend Dr Mobile's Limited due to their EXPERIENCE, as I emphasize their superior services. They are very serious about service and never compromise any service in professionalism. At the same time the results are all about Reliability, Quality, and Solutions. I pay hundreds rather than buying another one for $2K. Always recommended.

S.Great service, Dr Mobiles Limited. The engineer was really speedy and fixed a broken lightning port for a third of the price it would have cost via Apple. Also one of the few places to offer the repair on an Apple iPad Pro 12.9". If you watch youtube videos, you realized how complicated the repair is! We even had a courtesy call promptly to check if we wanted to proceed as our iPad Pro was bent (yup!) and increasing the risk of breaking the delicate glass screen. We agreed to try anyway and the engineer was able to complete the repair and unbent the case free of charge. Really impressed by Dr Mobile's level of customer service and engineering skills! Thanks for keeping your old customers happy and keep coming back!

G.Dr Mobiles Limited -- a really professional service! I am both impressed and astonished at the quality of my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 screen repair in less than two hours. The price is reasonable as they use premium parts, sure beats the price that Samsung quoted me over the phone. My partner and I had our phones damaged by the dubious small kiosk operators at the shopping malls (they sent phone away for repair!!) and those little"iSpecialists" shops dotted all over Auckland!
