My phone died two days ago so ordered a “like new” iPhone from Duct Tape that day. Expecting a week long wait with current national shipping delays, I was absolutely stoked when it arrived today. Phone is exactly as specified and has 100% battery health. Thanks so much to the team at Duct Tape (and our speedy couriers)! 5 star service. Highly recommend.

This is my second time purchasing an item online with Duct tape worship. I ordered a Apple Watch last year during lockdown and received it fast. This time, I have purchased AirPods and they're perfect (and quick) too. Highly recommend these guys. They have such great prices and great customer service. Quick to answer questions when requested and always follow through. Looking forward to my next purchase :)

Excellent! Bought a phone grade A+ on the website a month ago, was delivered the next day! Phone looking brand new and working perfectly fine, saved me a couple of hundred $. Totally recommend this shop and will buy my next devices there :)

Great staff with so much knowledge. Straight to the point, and are not afraid to lose a bit of money to help you. Used this place many times, only for Apple though, but every time it was fast, and the best repair I have had in ages. Screen cracks and other common issues take them about half an hour, so you can see ponsonby road while you wait.

I can agree with the many five star reviews for this shop. I stumbled across them through a web advert. I traded my existing phone for an A+ grade iPhone that was essentially new (not even 1 battery cycle). The condition of the device was flawless, & all of the information posted on the website about the device prior to my purchasing it was 100% correct. The trade process was fair, quick, & efficiently carried out. I saved a considerable amount of money compared to purchasing a brand new device at retail price, receiving what was essentially a new device anyhow. Many thanks to the team at Duct Tape Workshop. I am another very satisfied customer.

Had batteries for two iPhone 5s replaced. It’s been a few months now. No complaints. Phones going great. Also took them a MacBook that stopped working. They had a look and suggested getting in touch with an authorised Apple repair shop as it was still covered under the consumer guarantees act. Saved me $600! Friendly service. Professional work.

Good guys here. I bought an A grade iPhone 7 from them, when I removed it from the packet an hour later in the car to have a look, I noticed a small mark on the side of it. I returned it within a few hours and whilst they assumed I'd dropped it (understandable I guess, but I hadn't) they ended up replacing it for me. Nice to see they did the right thing. Highly recommend this place! Bought an iPhone 11 from the new market store and really happy with it. An excellent product with almost the lowerest price you can find in Auckland. Nice staff there and good environment in the new store. Will definitely shop with them in the future for more electronic device.

Highly recommend this NZ trader. You may be able to buy cheaper overseas but this is the place to come for a hassle and worry free purchase. For me the phone I purchased online was accurately described and shipping was super fast.... no one wants to wait for their phone and it is something overseas vendors can’t do. Would use again and recommend to friends.

We purchased two phones from them. One turned out to be faulty and the immediate offer of an exchange one, plus they moved my contacts across from my old phone to the new one while I waited scored high points. Excellent service, excellent prices and helpful staff

Service like this should no go unmentioned. Popped in to ask if they'd attach my new iPhone XS Max screen protector. They did it within minutes and when I asked how much, they said, "no worries, it's free". I hadn't even bought it from there! I will definitely be back when I need something else from them. Amazing service and kindness - thank you!!!!

Took in my iphone for what I thought would be, at best, a replacement battery. It turned out to merely be a slightly blocked charging port which was cleaned out free of charge - I couldn't even convince them to let me buy them coffees / beers. Refreshing to find that customer service is alive and well at this establishment - will certainly give them any business I have in the future. Highly recommend.

Asked about my phone that had no touch screen response. Given a prompt quote straight away. Bought a refurbished iPhone 7 aswell which is going great. Good quick business transaction. Happy customer.

Sent three of our macbooks in yesterday for some diagnostics, The team at Duct Tape got back to us within 2 hours with the required repairs and even gave us some great recommendations on what to do instead of having to purchase new ones. The team couriered them back to us today and they are performing incredibly well! Love the result we got out of the SSD upgrades! THANKS GUYS! We will be back soon with our other ones when required! I honestly can't recommend this place enough. After a dodgy repair job from another place and a second place telling me my iphone was done for, Duct Tape managed to find the solution and fix it! They’re really fast too and can usually fix your phone within 24 hours.

I had absolutely brilliant service from Duct Tape who fixed up my ipad while I waited. I noticed that they sell second hand reconditioned iPhones and Samsung Galaxy's for very reasonable prices. Next time my daughter trashes her iPhone she can buy one of these ! Highly recommended.

The service at Duct Tape is A+. iPhone quoted $300 in parts to repair my son's water damaged phone.... But Duct Tape repaired it overnight for only $69! Definitely recommending this store to others. Customer service at it's best.

Fabulous service, I took my ipad that i purchased from the store 6 months ago which needed repair. the socket was jammed and no sound coming out. I am very grateful to them as they repaired it when they don't do repairs and i now realise this would have cost a lot or needed to be replaced. Top service and many thanks
