I have both bought a phone from Good Tech and on a second visit, bought a cover and a protective shield for phone face which was fitted for me as I waited. I am an older person and was not,looking forward to the stairs but after phoning Good Tech, the technician happily did the stairs while I was able ato wait downstairs. I will very happily buy from Good Tech again.

One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Got an Apple Watch and Galaxy buds, and couldn’t be happier with either. They patiently answered all my questions (a myriad!) over the phone & in-person, and were very forthcoming and knowledgeable. I will say their Watch band selection is limited and a bit hit or miss. But if they have one that fits you & you’re after some affordable, high-quality secondhand tech, look no further!

Basically it is good. I like the face recognition. Unable to load BNZ mobile banking app (not supported by this phone), and some other apps I have don't show on the app screen, such as 2degrees and ANZ. I may get better at using it.

These guys are excellent. Retail stores want you to buy a new phone in a box, cannot answer questions about its capability, and can be very difficult if you want to to return it. GoodTech are technically skilled, know their products and will demonstrate them including downloading your desired apps to ensure they work on your chosen phone. Recommended!

"Grade 1 - like new" grading was spot on. iPhone even came with screen protector perfectly applied and quality version. The same goes with the brand new, supplied earpods, charger, and lightning cable - and they were all genuine Apple products. I also know from an Apple repairer in NZ that "refurbished" phones from other countries contain cheap components and shoddy workmanship (e.g. "loose screws"), so I emailed GoodTech and they responded quickly and professionally that all their mobiles are sourced from the U.S. They also ship the mobile with a new battery. And ALL that at a competitive price! The only let-down (and not GoodTech's fault) was paying for shipping, to have to then wait around to sign for NZ Post Couriers' "overnight" delivery that rarived after TWO days. That aside, I am highly impressed with the team at GoodTech and will definitely go to them again.

Only complaint/ comment would be the sealed plastic bags the items were packaged in. Recently purchased a phone off GoodTech, it was in near new condition - just as described and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. Only thing I would say is that after being requested by GoodTech for an authorisation code for the purchase from my bank (which I immediately got onto and replied to them with) I did not hear from GoodTech again until 3 days later with a shipping notification. I would've appreciated an email acknowledging the authorisation code or something because I started to get a bit concerned after 3 days not hearing anything simply because of the value of the purchase. Was dubious at first that this little shop (if it even existed) could be underselling the next cheapest local phone retailers by $200 (and they were already more than a hundred cheaper than all the others). Turns out it was legit, with excellent quality phones, and instant pick up the next day! Stumbled on goodTech and saw a near new of the phone I just had and decided to give them a call. The team was super friendly and helpful. iPhone SE Unfortunately NZ Couriers took a bit too long to deliver the parcel for some reason, not GoodTech's fault but did reduce the quality of the experience. The phone and accessories were as described and set-up was straight forward. The packaging was good. It would have been nice if someone had wiped the phone down, particularly the screen, before packing it as the screen was a bit grubby - not how I would have shipped the product (I have 25 years in retail including 2nd hand sales.) But overall I'm satisfied and would use GoodTech again.
