Ron and the team at iFix provided great and friendly service to help me resolve my iPhone issue. My phone initially needed a charging port replacement which they did but it unfortunately ran into a few issues after, the team at iFix worked hard to on help me resolve the issue and even provided a free glass screen protector replacement and a full refund on my initial port replacement. Thanks for the help and the professional service. Update: having used it for a day, unfortunately the issues are still there and while the service is lovely I will unlikely be taking it back

I was very impressed By Ifix. They were able to fix my cell phone in one afternoon, which no- one else was offered. Ron's attitude was helpful and professional. The issues and the costs were explained clearly and the cost was not excessive. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Ron and his team is very quick and professional. They have fixed my MacBook12 in a matter of a few hours at quoted cost. Normally, it will take at least a day or two to get quote and another few days to be fixed. I will definitely recommend your service to others. He will also tell you if he cant fix your device for some reasons very quickly.

It was such a wonderful experience. I was explained thoroughly of the problem and offered free replacement wires. I feel the warmth of service and being taken very good care of. A meticulous detail is I was contacted after work hours, meaning the IT engineers were working overtime to ensure solving my macbook pro problems asap. Definitely a trustworthy business!

I used iFix service to fix the charging issue with my laptop. It was a walk in and I got my computer back the next day which was very efficient. As most of the previous reviews mention, the custom service is superb and there is a 3 months warranty - a crucial thing when it comes to old laptops maintenance.

The customer service was very good and informative. They done a very good repair on my iPhone 6 and done tests to make sure everything was working. Would recommend these people to anybody.

Excellent experience and I'd use them again. The screen of my laptop was broken and I wasn't sure whether a repair was worthwile. The manger, Ron, talked me through my options, provided me with a quote and explained to me the process. I decided on the repair which seemed reasonably priced and which was completed within three days. Then my laptop suddently had a funny software problem and Ron and his team went far and beyond to solve the tricky issue for me, too. Throughout the process, I liked particularly how clear the communication was. I highly recommend iFix Nz.

Got my ROG phone fixed here, weren't too many shops able to fix this as it is not generally seen in NZ. Got quoted 2 weeks timeframe but unfortunately because of customs delay it took almost 4 weeks which is normally what you'd expect having to order specific parts from overseas. The fix itself on the phone was perfect, screen was completely replaced and worked good as new after. Overall pretty happy with the fix, they get the job done. It was a bit unfortunate with the customs delay though.

Just bought a used laptop that need some services done before I could use it and found everything I could ask for, and more from the iFixit team. Friendly, educated, considerate, and honest. Ron's advice and service was impeccable. His suggestions were transparent and despite my decision to not fix my laptop, his knowledge was what ultimately led to an informed decision. They're my new go-to's for tech related fixes, especially Apple and I'd recommend anyone to them.

I went in to swap a screen from my old phone to my newest but they advised me that they have a flat fee for screen replacement that would work out cheaper ! The service was also quick (a matters of hours)

I brought my laptop in after it crashed and the team quickly worked out the it was water damage and that they had to replace another part too. They ordered the part in from overseas and when that didn’t work they ordered in another part. While it was unsuccessful overall, they were super helpful and communicated every step of the way, even refunding me half of my original payment due to something going wrong while it was in their custody - which wasn’t even their fault! Highly recommend these guys!

I had friendly and great service from the iFix team! Fixed my MacBook pro hard drive problem after checking it all out and diagnosing the problem for free. Great communication throughout the day and didn't do anything without asking me first. They had it done within 2 hours. Thanks guys!!

Great service and quick with responses. They definitely know what they are doing. A little on the pricier side but I took an Apple Laptop to them so I am guessing I should have expected it. When I went in for the second time, I did get a discount as a returning customer.

I had a battery issue with my MacBook Pro Retina A1502 and enquired about getting it repaired with iFix. To my delight, I was treated with a free diagnostic test to work out what the issues were, and then a consultation about what options were available. The pricing is fair, and this store offers genuine Apple parts as well, new and used. After market parts are also available which also come with warranty too. I am very happy to say that my Macbook is alive and working well, I would be more than happy to return here for repairs and computer servicing. The team know their stuff, offer helpful advise and are friendly and easy to work with as well. Big thanks!

Excellent service, the guys fixed my old macbook pro fast, explaining the root cause and providing advices. I received daily updates while waiting and how much the parts + labor fee would cost me. There are nice people, working after hours (I received an update a 7.30 pm) to get the job done efficiently. I've been to other places like The Core and OOBE but the service at iFixit is definitely better.

I walked in for help changing the battery of my android phone. iFix solved my problem in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me a thing. I would definitely return to their store.

Quick and friendly service. One morning my phone stopped charging, so I dropped it off to them and they fixed it within the hour. I would definitely use them again for repairs.

These guys are amazing, Vodafone could not fix my phone and had it sent away which took 8 weeks to even get a reply that it could not be fixed. Jeff came back to me in 1 hour saying the battery was bad, fixed and got it back the next day and charged me $70.00 such great service and friendly lovely people who know what they are doing- thanks guys your amazing :)

Fantastic service, friendly and knowledgable staff. My iMac died on a Saturday, I took it in on a Sunday, they fixed it that day, and I had it back Sunday night. They were thorough with the repair - another fault was found and they took care of it. I can't compliment them enough - I will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

It's an amazingly efficient phone and PC fixing place with much more reasonable price than in the central Auckland. Staff is extremely helpful and suggests the best option for your particular case. Incredible customer experience at iFix on 179 Symonds Street in Eden Terrace, very reasonable price to repair Samsung Galaxy J4+ and they did it very quickly in under two hours after screen sent from supplier within two days ($120 + GST). Fantastic iPad system at counter to enter customer detail and it sends an email automatically at various stages when repair is complete, can't wait to go back for Mac Airbook upgrade. Seriously professional, friendly and responsive.

We spent serious money with two accredited Apple repair agencies and subsequently purchased 4 Macbook batteries (real and knock-offs) only to have these batteries die prematurely. Only iFix NZ realised the cause was the control module and replaced it on the motherboard. No more problems. So, we made three visits to the other repair agencies and paid $90 each visit to have diagnostics performed that obviously didn't cover every possibility. We have just had a third-party 2TB SSD installed in a Macbook Pro (2015). No worries so far. Summary.. awesome technical skills and very nice people too.

Superb customer service, these guys went above and beyond to help me with my phone's battery issue. If you ever need a spare battery or some repairs done on your phone these are folks for you.

They've solved my problem for a fair price. My iPhone 5S was having some connection problems ( was hard to recharge ). In less than 30 minutes they replaced the phone's connector. It's working fine now.

I had a broken screen and they tried to put some glue to fix it. Unfortunately after 1 week it broke again. I asked for the refund since the problem was not solved and the refund was done with success. They tried their best and I'm thankful for that.

Just Three Star for average repair. My iPhone screen got fixed but the screen doesn't look like the original before I had damage. They said they replace the screen with an OEM product but who knows what they put inside. The price was ok an the guys did their job.

Service was really efficient but the price was informed without gst so when i paid the bill the amount was higher than expected. Moreover i bought the best screen replacement and it cracked the first time the phone felt (and it felt with the screen up)

free assessment which encouraged me to go there, very friendly and nice staff, unfortunatley they were not able to find the problem with my laptop and their assesment came out includes a faulty keboard which was weird since it was working right before I dropped it off and its working still after I had it returned to me.
