Lost my phone at beach while saving my 5 year old grandson. At Spark Manukau, Kevin Katafono offered his assistance on this matter to replace my phone. Kevin's customer service went above our expectations making our experience an unforgettable one. Our heart warmed when Kevin asked how our grandson is (grandson safe). Kevin showed that it is not always about selling a product, its about the customer. Spark Manukau should be proud to have such an employee who focuses on their customers and what they are dealing with. Thank you so much Kevin and Spark Manukau.

When it comes to chain retailers it's all about customer service. Manukau store is the best customer service I've had with Spark. Sylvia Park - dreadful Ponsonby - ok Botany - ok Call Centre - incompetent
