Always daunting spending hundreds of dollars online especially during a lock down but I asked questions and Mobile City responded until I was comfortable enough to order my Iphone X. I needed it urgently for my son and it was on a courier once payment showed up and I received it 48 hours later. The phone was in excellent condition as described and came in a sturdy box well packaged. I am very happy with the phone plus the 6 months warranty so much so that when I need a new phone I will be buying from Mobile City again. Once fully charged I noticed that the phone had some minor issues - the screen's brightness was dim and the screen was glitching. I dropped it back in to them the following day, they fixed it in 20mins with no additional costs! Now it works perfectly. I bought an iPhone 6s of them and at first the phone was great but it started to overheat and I had a lot of problems with it. I took it back to them as it was covered in the warranty. They were great and fixed it but then it caused more problems like the screen wasn't put back on properly and the touch ID didn't work. Afterwards I took it back again and it got fixed but then after a while it went into recovery mode and I couldn't restore or update it so I took it back to get it fixed AGAIN! Its now out of the warranty and its completely turned off and is stuck in a loop of turning on and off again. I've taken it to get repaired and they couldn't do it because the phone said error. I wasted a lot of my time with this phone and do not recommend buying from them.

Excellent company and very cool people. The sad thing for internet is anybody can write anything about a company. Like previous two one star reviews, they will rate you as one star even this company has one year warranty on second hand items. I mean, try find another company would provide you one year warranty on second hand phones. Is there any at all ? People will complain even it is their own problem, as this, you should buy brand new one, and get that one year warranty from the factory, and then try to claim the warranty if you drop it into water, and see what does Apple / Samsung tell you. Internet is as lame as this.
