So grateful to the friendly, helpful guy who sorted out my phone yesterday! I'd mysteriously lost my camera and calendar apps and had tried everything I could to fix. He patiently figured out the problem and now phone is working normally. Thanks so much!!

I dropped my iPhone and the sensor screen was only partly working and I could no longer get into my phone. After speaking to Apple agents, I was advised I would need to have the motherboard replaced and I would lose all my data =$790.00. I phoned Digital Recovery about retrieving my data and was advised that sounded as if the screen sensor was broken and all I needed to do was to replace the glass. I had had my glass replaced about 3 months previously at Mobile Lab in Takapuna, so I went back the and the lovely gentleman replaced the glass for $130.00 and all is well, my phone is back. I want to highly recommend Mobile Lab because they have been efficient and cost effective on two occasions now.

Had a problem with my iPhone sound - impressed at how this was approached, pragmatic options provided and ultimately the timeliness of the repair. Felt it was great value (and a better customer experience!) compared to the iPhone store. Would recommend.
