N.Incredibly impressed by the team at Commercial Bay, I got a new phone online and within 2 hours I had confirmation it was ready to go, I live across town and called ahead and spoke to a kind and helpful young woman who confirmed it was ready to do and told her I was in a rush and would be there shortly, I walked in and the gentleman on the door too my name and scanned in, walked me over the girl who had my phone bagged and ready to go, signed my paperwork and was in and out of the store in less than 60 seconds. Beyond impressed with the impeccable service!! Thank you team!!
E.A big shout out to David Heng from Spark Commercial Bay. I am so impressed with his service yesterday when I got my new phone. David helped me to get the best deal I can ever get, I am very happy with my new phone with it's complete accessories and some Christmas gift as well for my family, he did so much in this one transaction, I never thought I'd be going home with a bag full of surprises for myself and my family. Thank you so much David for your help and keep up the amazing work.

M.They kept letting me call skinny when my skinny phone got lost, on their phone. Skinny did not help get my number back and I can not reccomend. Once I realized it was hopeless these guys helped me set up my spark phone plan with infinite data for a reasonable price and so quickly and they are so helpful and nice. When I was trying to get skinny working and had no money one guy here even bought me a skinny sim card out of his own pocket! But that wasn't meant to work out
T.Very welcoming staff who want to help and answer your questions about anything tech. Even got a free cup of coffee from the manager there! Would go back to buy a new phone or tech item if I’m in the market for a new toy!
