Had a fibre issue and went internet down. Grateful to a staff member at the store helped me to be accessible while the fibre is being fixed. It was a relief and thank you for the great customer service.

Good attention to me as the customer by Zahin. Took some time though to sort out Broadband install scope and dates. Good customer service to deal with billing and continuation of services, but outcome was very acceptable.

Very good service, the rep got my fibre install scheduled a week after I spoke to her. It could have been 4 days but I was travelling. Probably understaffed for a Sunday in a busy mall : I was lucky to walk in at a quiet time. Others not so lucky and a queue formed as I was taken through the process of transferring from my existing Spark wireless account. I imagine if I was a new customer it would a longer wait and I may have walked down to 2 Degrees who were empty.

Issues with landline, faults informed me, that no faults on line, organized me to go into store and pick up a new phone. All information was loaded on the Spark computer system and the service in store was good, nice to have things go to plan.

The staff were lovley, the product excellent, however the process to over 1.5 hrs and still the staff member messed up our existing account , incurring us other costs on our business account, which we had to wait to get back and liaise with our account manager, which was just extra stress.

I bought a new smartphone from Spark today. The salesperson, an Indian young lady, helped me transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. It took her one hour to do the job. She was very helpful, kind and patient and I appreciated her great job very much. Very good service. Highly recommended.

My 4 year old galaxy s6 finally decided to die on me during aucklands level 3 lockdown on a Sunday morning. I got on my laptop and chatted to a spark agent, who informed me he would send a request to botany spark to contact me ASAP to arrange a new phone. He couldn't promise me it would be that same day due to lockdown but would mark it as urgent. Well, literally 2 minutes after logging off the chat, I was contacted by a member of staff at spark botany who informed me they had the phone I wanted in stock and I could come and collect it in an hour. Stunning service. Edit : I was supposed to get free galaxy buds with my new phone but they were out of stock so I said no worries, give me a call when you have some. 4 weeks later and no call I visited the store to enquire as to where they were, and was met with much apology and was given a free set of the upgraded buds plus. Thanks spark, you rule.

Knowledgable, excellent sales guys. Been trying to get help from vodafone for 2 months. Went to the spark store, they changed me over to spark, better deal on our business phones and all sorted in 30mins.

Alvin and his team are the best there is! Mums phone wouldn’t do email, Alvin spent at least 2 hours all up, was totally dedicated to the task, and solved the issues Slingshot and Hauwe could not solve. He the man! Thanks bro!

Been there twice today both times the service was fantastic but there is no need for the music to be so loud. It was hard to hear, everyone seemed to be shouting. It was turned down when we asked
