I came in yesterday unsure of what device or plan to update to and Omar was extremely helpful. Went out of his way to ensure I was happy and well informed with every detail of my plan. Super knowledgeable and great customer service. Would confidently recommend him if you're needing assistance !!

Staff that served us didn't know what he was doing and blamed it on the system, went to another store a few days later after the Sim card wasn't activated and they sorted out within a minute. Store was alright with a good range of products but it does get very busy.

U needs a new phone or a new connection... Go and meet Sam. He will get it done for you. Looks after me and my company account. Smart guy. Extremely knowledgeable with all the products and will cater your needs according to what u need. U go Sam...

I thought that the associate was very knowledge and friendly. I was set to have a battle as my issue was complex, but he understood my issues and came up with a plan quickly. Upon request he even hunted down a number "that is easy to remember and will roll off the tongue".

Altough the technical service sometimes seem to be faulty, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. there are several seats, so you don't have to stay around during the waiting time. in addition a little cafe is integrated in the store. pretty nice.

We needed to increase the memory on each of our phones but being somewhat technically challenged were unsure of how to achieve this. We received excellent customer service from Vari who not only resolved the problem for us but took the time to ensure that we understood how it would all work. Thank you ! (Peter & Judy Webb)

Andre gave the best service! Walked in with a broken phone and walked out with a shiny new one knowing it's the best one for me. Will be getting all my tech from this store and will recommend it.

One of the busiest store @ CBD. Staff is extremely polite and will help you with new connections / recharge and queries related to your ph connections. The place is too busy on Weekdays so you might have to wait for some time till u can enjoy your free coffee with them 😊😊Overall Kudos !!!

I've had some massive issues dealing with the Spark customer care team however today I came in store and dealt with Benny, despite some of the complications he was able to come up with a creative solution I was happy with. I should mention that 8 previous attempts with Spark call centre did not help me, Benny got me on my way in less than 15mins. What a legend! Thank you.

100% TOTALLY AMAZING NO JOKE BEST SERVICE/PERSONEL IVE HAD IN ANY PHONE SHOP/SERVICE PROVIDER. DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME PLUS MORE THAN THEY NEEDED TO. CANT FAULT THEM. I CAME BACK THREE TIMES WITH QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS AND SERVICE AMAZING EVERY TIME THANKS SPARK 👌

I bought my first NZ sim card here. A prepaid one. The staff was very helpful to get the right plan that I needed. She was knowledgeable enough and explained the details of my prepaid plan. She even helped me insert the sim card on my phone. There are waiting benches and tables for you to thinker with your gadgets before leaving the store. There is a queue before you can get to a staff doing retail on your sim, be mindful of that.

Very helpful. Best yet person that helped me when not sure, went and asked someone more senior, rather then just guessing and making my life harder later.

Failed many times to connect 2Degrees Broadband Support? The power even stronger than your poor rights to equality that can preasure 2Degrees is the peer power by Spark! Spark does compulsorily interfere in broadband account change from the trash 2Degrees. Thank you so much Spark!

Plenty of handset variety available (several staff working on-site although all busy) and a cafe on the premises for those inclined to stay around browsing a bit longer. A busy store but well set up i thought.

Fantastic, friendly service- had a couple of teething issues with a Spark SIM bought at the airport and these guys sorted it out very efficiently!

A small store. But the store personnel are swift with approaching and seemed very enthusiastic about there product and other things to do with it. If they didn't have what you where after the would point in the right way.

The service was wonderful and very informative. My Spark plan has been upgraded to a more efficient system. Thank you.

Spark store is midway up Queen st and is situated across the road from the only store of Vodafones along Queen st.. Sells trades mobile fones, accessories and other electronic products . Easily recognisable by the Spark Logo on the store frontage.

I had excellent service, the gentlemen who attended to me was very patient.

It's a busy store but the staff are friendly, helpful and got me sorted out.
