T.All my four stars are given to Ace, not the SUPERVISOR, not anyone else. My phone was having a mysterious problem which all incoming calls were not coming through. I can make calls and send and receive texts, just no incoming calls. A new staff came to approach me first, then she took a lot of time and even brought the supervisor. The so-called supervisor assisted the new staff to give me ultimate solution which I have to pay for a SIM card replacement to solve my problem. While Ace was working next the the new staff, she stepped out and helped me to reset the SIM card in their system, at same time she even gave a brief training to the new staff how she shot the trouble and solve it, my phone just came back to alive! Before she served me, Ace had helped another customer to setup his company’s phone, which the other staff had no idea how.
Ace is AWESOME AS!
T.I went a got a fibre modem. It was fine. The guy was very helpful, but I was pleased to get home.
A.Wow what a experience. They are not just like any Telcos. These guys care about their customers. They are patient, they listen, empathize and always with a smile on all of their faces. Well Done Spark Sylvia Park team. Keep up the amazing work.

Naomi Lui was the wonderfull lady who looked after us. I say Looked After us as that is what she did. She put me on the best plan for older people and explained clearly and carefully what she was doing. We had come to look at a new mobile phone and again she looked after us.
I cannot praise her enough and Ii hope she is recognised for her outstanding service
M.I went there yesterday and was served by Tracy - easily the best experience I've had in a Spark store. Her knowledge and friendly charm made the whole experience painless and quite frankly, a pleasure.
I.Good service from staff. Solved a mobile phone issue that was causing concern ... in less than 5 minutes. Will visit again.

Did a sterling job and only tried to upsell where he felt it was appropriate.

B.Wasn't meant to get a new phone, I went to enquiry about my account and I ended up walking away with the new Samsung note and accessories (Wireless headphones, UE bluetooth speaker & phone cover) I was impressed with the service I received from the sales rep. He was polite and patient, had answers to all my questions and if he didn't know then he would enquire. I would definitely come back to the Spark shop if I had any issues.
W.They are the most friendly and competent staff that I've dealt with.
They have sorted account issues and also helped me with a replacement for a damaged phone. My most preferred store to use. I highly recommend them.
D.All spark shops could not sort my phone. I wanted Bus time table, at Spark shops my bus time table works 400 yards away stops. Now my time table stopped working after a upgrade also any updates wood not down load, l had to return to Spark shop. I have done a reset to phone now everything works. Now being fair to staff of all Spark shops. The interior of all shops a very strong flux of phone waves that's why they could not fix or get a lead as to what was wrong with my phone. Now Spark is not having a good working conditions for the staff the high concentration of radio waves can't be good for there health.
K.As I needed to speak with someone I was glad Mary asked "Who was next?" As it can be a bit confusing who entered the shop first. She provided me with what I needed and was very pleasant. I enjoy dealing with Spark.

T.I went in to purchase one product and left store with 4. Staff member that assisted me was very knowledgable of Spark products, she was a great salesperson who was passionate about what she was selling to me.
