I have low level IT skills and CORE is the place to go for me They listen VERY well to your problem or issue - very customer focussed - they explain clearly what the issue could be, and suggest useful options and give approximate costing which I find so useful as a pensioner, as a decision can be made according to my pocket. The last technician who assisted me was Rajul - a very helpful young man who I trusted - he said "if it was my granny I would think this is the best option" - just what I needed to hear as I dont have a great depth of IT knowledge. I have used CORE over several years and they have always maintained a consistently personal and helpful service and were always professional They know IT inside and out !!! Their costing for me was appropriate and fair .
R.Shipped my goods quickly and promptly adjusted the shipping address after I had provided incorrect information with clear communication all the while.
L.The Core fixed my logic board and battery within a week and did an amazing job. They contacted me whenever anything needed my permisssion and were very professional. They even cleaned my computer for free as an additional extra which was great! The Analysis was done very fast too and I will definetly be coming back here (if I need to) and suggesting this place to others :) Thanks The Core!

I smashed the screen on my work iPhone and was freaking out as it's one of my main business tools. I took it into these guys,and within the hour had a brand new screen and was back up and running all within the course of my lunch break.

I've had an iPhone repair and more recently an iPad repair.
The recent iPad repair has gone well.
The iPhone repair was a bit of a disaster with multiple repair attempts using different components over a couple of months. Ultimately I was given a refund.
I've since learned about the difficulties repair shops face sourcing suitable components, and I suspect my negative experience was due to this fact.
M.These guys are really friendly and super professional. When I brought in my mac after dropping it on holiday, Gabrielle, one of their employees let me sty in their shop for a couple of hours to see if a problem that developed with our Macbook would reoccur. When we established the problem had miraculously disappeared by it self, he didn't even charge me! Good honest business.
B.Nice staff! I broke my iPhone 5s and they fixed it within an hour. They charge great prices and give a warranty on the services provided, so if any problems arise related to the services its good!
s.I took in my phone thinking it had water damage, every other place refused to look at it and said I just needed to buy a new phone. They charged me the diagnostic fee to have a look, diagnosed that it was just a few lose wires and fixed that all up for free! I would have chucked out my phone and purchased a new one if it weren't for these guys.

Just wanted to say thank you very much to the guys who served and assisted me with my very urgent phone repair (screen replacement) late last Friday afternoon. Knowing it was the last day before the long weekend I can only imagine how difficult it would have been for me to remain in communication with my wife, family and friends as my 13 month old son had been admitted to Starship hospital for a very serious illness last week. Having arriving back in to Auckland from work late Thursday I had called ahead to see whether your staff would be able to take up the relatively small job in the least amount of time possible.
Your staff were very helpful and definitely left a great impression of quality workmanship, customer service and responsiveness to my needs.

P.3 days for diagnostic, thats way too slow. Thats really poor. If you are ready to wait, its ok. I took my console their. They took 3 days and there was no issue with the console. This could have been checked then and there. But took 49$ and keot for 3 days.

G.Went to the Newton store as I was having battery and charge port troubles on my iPhone 5. They fixed the issue with the charge port (by just removing the large piece of lint buried on there) and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. Would recommend going if any troubles with an apple device.

L.Going travelling in a few months and had being trying to hunt down the wireless Mobi SD card through many online sites. This was the only place in auckland with an easily accessible website, helpful directions to get to the store, and a clear indication of what stock they had on hand.
When I got there to pick up the product, the salesman was very helpful, quick, and gave me additional advice as to how to make it work best with my camera. I was assured i could come back any time if I was struggling to get it working.
