Awesome service received from Tom (both Queen St & Britomart). Tom set me up with a home phone wireless plan. I had an issue with the router and had to return, which Tom sorted promptly. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming - an absolute asset to Vodafone. Thank you so much.

I am a very old guy who was having extreme difficulty getting my cellphone to function as intended. After 4 visits to the very busy St Lukes branch where they can spend only 5 or 10 minutes to answer I accidently got a bus to the CBD instead of Newmarket so went to the Queen Street Vodafone shop. There Cecilia organised my setup so that it is more functional now. Lucky that I arrived there early before it got busy. She was so patient and didn't fuss. She is a treasure. Thank you Cecilia.

5 stars given to the Asian guy with glasses, i believe is Sebastian, who have tried everything possible to resolve our problems despite the big fail was from their counterparts (online direct sales team who care nothing about looking after the customer). We want to thank him for the efforts he made thorough the process. 1 star to his manager whose presence only made us felt more unfairly treated. 1 star giving to the overall vodafone fibre experience. It's a system failure.

Excellent service, polite and things are done quick, people working there has great sense of picking up the context of customer's enquiry.

Absolutely friendly, helpful and competent! I was searching for a SIM card for my mobile phone. The possible solutions were explained to me and they helped me inserting and activating the card. I think it hardly took 15 minutes to get all things set and helped me having connection to Germany as well as to my son, spending his time in NZ.

Best customer service. Very busy place but staff were professional, patient and willing to do what it takes to fix the issues. Staff from some other Vodafone store should come and see how this place operates so they can improve their standards.

This five start is for Jade, I want to give more stars but I can’t. But anyway you’re awesome. These stars are not for Vodafone contact center at all because I can say it was below poor service. She provided excellent customer service. She solved my query in minutes which contact center people couldn’t. She’s super woman. Thanks a lot Jade. I really appreciate for your help. Popped in a few weeks ago to get something done on my lunch-break, it's a very busy store being on the main road of town, so some people were getting a little ruffled waiting in the queue, once I got through the lady who served me went above and beyond to get everything done in time, absolute champ, massively grateful, thanks guys!!

Asian man whos worked here for 7 years soend over an hour trying to fix a problem for me that hes never encountered before. He went above and beyond to help me and I'm sad i didnt catch his name but i really appreciate the effort he put into helping me

Vodafone locations seem perpetually full of customers waiting to speak to someone. This location is like that too, perhaps to a larger degree than other locations because of the central location. I don't know why Vodafone doesn't just hire more people, it's obvious that the understaffing is persistent and serious. This location suffers from a other problem: they close too early. There was a long queue inside when they closed at 6pm and there were more people trying to get in and the doors were already locked. Another obvious problem no one has taken the trouble to fix. Aside from that the staff are competent and did solve my problem very well. Just get there early and be ready to wait.

Super busy day, had to wait in cue 10 min but the assistant was 100% amazing and helpful. An amazing service and great deal for Sim cards.

Good customer service after waiting in the queue for 45 mints

They know technology...and so they should! But the queue to get served is way too long and takes an age to reach 'the end'. Mobile phones and their service are not cheap in New Zealand...so employ more staff, get the queue shorter and the service more efficient. Must say...yes they know their stuff...it's the queue that's my issue.

Real helpful team here, set up the phone we bought while we went off to do other shopping. Great range of the latest tech too.

For a change excellent service from a Vodafone outlet. Pity the branch at the Britomart wasn't any help at all.

You may have to wait in line a bit. But service is very good, the staff know their subject properly.

Came in to pick an item I had already paid for, lady starts complaining it’s not ready yet to me like it was my fault. Was rude the entire time. Something that was supposed to take 3 minutes took 15.

You know what, no on likes their telecoms provider, but Vodafone services are actually really good. I've never had any problem with their customer service and have gotten what I wanted ever time I've called.

It's a wonderful communication shop, nice service from Ninja, especially from David. They fix my phone in a second, so kind and respectful.

There are some good staff there but it isn't ever. So you can be helped for a cool guy or for a terrible guy. Good luck for you

The friendly store assistant gave sound, customer-oriented advice and help set up my prepay-plan. Including the wait I was done within 20min.

I've been there today. My problem was fixed during 4 minutes. BUT, when I was explaining David about my issue he had asked me about my nationality. And he explained that now he understood why he didn't understand me. It sounded at least not polite. I hope he didn't want to say it aloud.

Be here several times, every time I had to wait in a long line. They should use queue number system so we don't need to queue on a line. The line is too long and obstructing people who want to have a look at the displaying products. Last time I just wanted to ask them one question about the product I would like to purchase, I had to queue more than 15 minutes. Hope that Vodafone will improve this issue.

So long to have service but the staff is good .

Clean store, with a huge phone selection available. The line was a little long when we walked in but the representatives cleared that pretty fast. Our representative (forgot his name but blond guy with glasses) was great. He made excellent recommendations which I didn't think about while browsing the website. His service was kind, genuine and he was so efficient. He knew what he was doing. He even changed the APN before I had the time to ask about it. Keep in mind this is also my job back home and I think quickly about those things. I wish I knew his name, he deserve to be acknowledged for his brilliant service. Amazing experience for a tourist on a working holiday visa at this location.

Good service. If you're a tourist drop by here to get the travel sim easiest way to get 4g in New zealand. You might, have to sand in queue for 5 min. Set up for the sim was fast and easy.

I did my research online before going because I heard this was a busy location. I had 6 questions and the associate answered all of my queries. I was in and out in all but 10 minutes. I found my self waiting mostly because 2 associates were helping one customer. 1 associate was basically on his phone and occassionally translating Mandarin for the other associate Once they decided the back log of customers were too much they decided to help the next customer. Vodafone system was down so I could only purchase the sim card and activate it from home. (8 hours later their system is still down.) All in all it's your typical service from a major mobile carrier like Vodafone. The flex plan is the only plan out of all carriers in NZ that suits my needs at a fair price.

I was told that the download equipment was broken and that she couldn't transfer my apps because i didn't buy the phone from them bearing in mind that i am using a VODAFONE sim . Luckily the manager agreed to do it if i come back during the week. It all came down that it was Sunday afternoon they have had enough for the week. If the kitchen is too hot to handle get out.
