g.The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful, but are also very busy so everyone has to wait quite awhile to be helped. This time was faster than usual.

R.While on holiday with a family friend, managed to kill our only smartphone. Dashed in here. Despite its being four days after New Year's Day, the staff were friendly and respectful. Despite the fact that i am blind and my friend is a novice, they supplied a new phone, made sure we had uninterrupted service, and got us on our way in 20 minutes. Top flight service.
